A friend of mine used an agent for her PR application and says they have been stuck for not providing IRAQI PCC, as they were told that the spouse only came to Iraq on work visa, hence cannot be issued a PCC. As it stands, no headway according to the agent.
She wasn't asked to provide those refusal mails/conversation with the Iraqi folks and possibly anything that may really show this things by the agent
Right now, she is beginning to wonder if it's just only the PCC that is the problem, and doesn't have access to her account.
Pls how can she go about getting access to her account from the agent and possibly tackling this Iraq PCC /any other matters arising.

Bigfido, please help here if you can. Ran a search and saw you posted a friend of yours was stuck trying to get Iraq PCC. If you can please ask that friend how s/he went about it. Thanks.

I will advise you not to decline the ITA. if I were to be in your shoes, I would create another profile with another email address and see if I can get another ITA before the expiration of the first one. If you go with the second ITA atleast your mind will be settled that you have crossed all your ts instead of having high bp. If you get a second ITA, decline the first and withdraw the profile. If no ITA for the second one, LOE will suffice to explain the discrepancy.

If I create another profile, wont it be counted as double entry.

You need to fill the info for both of you guys, if you guys are 'ajala travel', you need to 'collect extra sheet'. Tick not applicable if you do not have children over 18years that traveled.

When I click on "my application" tab or eventually access the GCkey login fields on CiC site on my browser, it keeps telling me that login session has expired. I fully logged out yesterday before my system shut down. When I even get to type in my username and password, it tells me the same login expired ish. Who know what is happening please? I hope all info I entered yesterday is not lost? Thanks.

That's fine, its not a big deal that you were denied because the VO thought you won't return. Just explain it in the LOE like that and attach a schedule A form and the VISa denial letters. PR is for people that will stay so you should be fine.

Hello, yes you will have to fill both you and your spouse’s details in the Travel History Form... if the form is not enough, you will have to create an extra sheet in the same manner as the form and include all the needed details... I wish you all the best.

To all who just got ITA and are yet to submit, Generally if you have lengthy travel history pls fill this Travel History form and attach to your LOE section while submitting your fresh application to avoid getting ADR for it...

There is no need to panic... simply write a letter stating why you were refused and attach evidence of refusal if you have it... that generic paper they give upon refusal.

I did all that, didn't work. Had to clear cache from my browser and it finally did. Thanks dear.

Or help with questions of what to do when name on credential appears slightly different from other document. And also for married women, would the name on credential be as it is or do we use married name?

Hi man. I thought you already resolved this. They will forward to the registrar's office not the PG school. The PG school can only send the trancsript out...confirmation and all that will be done by the registrar's office...to the best of my knowledge using Unibadan as the case study. If you can get to the registrar's office to make inquiries for first hand information, it would be best. Best of luck man.
