Grace to be honest, I don't think this is an issue, many people have given various views on this. Not all schools have DOB on their transcripts. Just go ahead and submit your request for verification or if you are still in doubt, check if there is an email address or phone number you can contact the Evaluation Services you are using and ask them.

Hi. Pardon me if this seems like a silly question, but how does one request for transcript (MSc) from a foreign university if you are no longer physically present in the country? Do you just email them the forms from WES?
Is the process same for online acquired masters degree?

I am sure the school has a procedure for this. All I did was send a request through the school portal, including relevant details and address and made payment. Everything took 9 days from request to WES acceptance. Not sure WES even sent for verification. Just contact the school.

I'd like to know which is preferable sending it from ogun state the location of my university or sending it from lagos where I reside via ems,ups or dhl. I want to know if this won't be questionable by wes that I am sending the transcript by myself instead of the school sending it directly. Your prompt response woukd highly by appreciated friends. All I did this morning was print and fill out the form from WES, sent it as an email attachment to the Registry office in my former Uni, got response within 15mins, transcript has already been picked up by courier service and on its way to WES (the school emailed back to inform me).
I am sure all diffrent departmental contacts will be on the 'Contact us@ page of the school's website.
I am sure it is the same process for online Masters, after all na the same certificate classroom based people collect

Just go on the school website, you should be able to order it from there.
I usually just google "order transcripts name of school" you may have to pay from £5 to £50 depending on the school.

Hi, I got a similar ADR. I suggest you fill travel history for both your spouse and you for the last 10 years. Try to cover even periods you did not travel using nil or n/a. Also attach passport data page and all stamped pages for both of you again.

I have had a couple of visa refusals in the past and also several travels. I want to try as much as possible to avoid this thing called ADR after submitting my Application and I would like to attach Schedule A form and Travel History Form upfront.

Please edit the last two roles for parallelism for example "suture cuts, wounds and perform minor surgeries", 'provide antenatal,delivery and post natal care to pregnant women' not sure if this captures it exactly, just an example.

I do not believe WES will track which city your transcript was dispatched from, as long as your transcript's envelope stamping fulfils WES' requirement stated on their website, I think you are fine sending from wherever you are. I stand to be corrected however, this is just my own common sense thinking

They will. You will end up having to do it twice. If the school is in Enugu and they have been receiving others from Enugu then yours emanates from Lagos. It will raise a red flag.
