His care includes vet services baths and time. Space also.
Are you sure you can provide him with all that.
Most times owning a pet is the least of the problems taking proper care of it it.

Buy something you can feed. A Guinea pig or a rabbit will make the best pet and the feeding is cheap...cost almost nothing depending on where you stay.
