I remember being sent out of the test venue back in March 2017 because i wasn't with my NYSC Discharge certificate. i explained that my pop was in 2 weeks, but the lady was having none of it . Mahn!! i was devastated, i traveled all the way from Abuja for nothing.

Obviously, close to a year later fidelity is yet to conclude the recruitment.

Who ever is heading their hr department needs to be schooled on having respect for prospective employees. How can you run a recruitment programme for close to a Year? No communication, No apologies, Nothing!!! what stops them from rounding up interviews since last year, and then schedule successful ones to Training school? Slowpokes

I am lucky to be among those that were just called... This is a breakdown of my analysis.. We were 14 dat were invited on Thursday and mostly April 21 and few June for Lagos and some Ibadan folks too.. On Friday more guys were invited and I think its like 10 of them.. So if u r Enugu Lagos abuja or any where be hopeful.. Lots of love guys

Ok here’s my contribution . Nairaland has been helpful thus far . This is the least I can do . So I wrote the first test sometime in April, and then went for the first interview in July . After that it was radio silence from fidelity until last week Wednesday when they called and told me to come around for a follow up interview on Thursday . We were like 14 on that day and from what I gathered , another set was interviewed on Friday . Fast forward to Monday morning , I received an email that I should proceed for Medicals . I met a few people at the hospital as well , and now I’m waiting for the next step , I honestly don’t know . What I do know is that they are calling people for interviews. One guy said he got an email on Monday to come for second interview on Wednesday . So I am guessing they are doing it in batches again . Which is totally understandable since it’s the MD or ED you’re meeting . And those guys are always busy with one thing or the other . You can’t always rush them . Good luck to everyone .
