confirmation code should enter immediately they send a confirmation code to you during registration.......except if your network provider is with slow network,but some people complained that MTN causes delay in receiving the text message where the confirmation code will be sent as......and confirmation code is not what shows that your account is approved.....after confirmation of your registration you will wait for like 1-7 working days before they will now approve your account and give you a password ...some people approval took 24 hours and some people own took seven days,so it varies

Concentrate on information that you have ideas about....but I will advice you to start with "how to" or "health" niche....example of an "how to" article is .....how to burn fat in seven days,how to earn money from bitcoin in 2018,how to know the right partner,how to know when Buhari will have sense..lol.....did you notice that all the examples I gave all started with "how to" and the good thing is "how to" itself is a tag on steemit.....you can check the list of profitable tags here.......steemit.com/tags

it takes 1-7 working days to get approved....let 7working days reach first before bothering yourself....when you get approved they will send you a password which you will be using to login to your steemit account...

they pay earnings through steem dollars and steempower....so for example if you earn 1000$ 500$ will be paid as steem dollars which you can wirhdraw anytime anyday you want and the remaining 500$ will be paid as steempower which you can leave on your account to increase your upvote value or "power down" which will enable you to convert the steem power to steem and withdraw your money....but it's very good to leave the steempower on your account so that you can have high steem power....by now you should know the benefits of steempower...note that this information is going to be applicable to you if the issue you are facing is that you earned 10$ on a post and you received 5$ ...but if the issue that you are facing is different from that let me know...and I will address that...

Do registration with computer and you can be using phone to post and do other things,but incase if you don't have a computer you can still try using phone for registration if it will work..

Reward is what you earned from a post...the 5.378SBD above is the amount that he or she earned on that post and can wirhdraw it anytime they want......and also the reward could also be if another member decides to pay you for a service you rendered or just wanted to dash you money or for whatever reasons.........and to your number two question....some sell their SBD to other members so as to enable very very fast wirhdrawal.....some sell their SBD to exchange to another cryptocurrency,some get the SBD from friends or members or steemit that decided to dash them some money....some get paid for a service which they rendered to someone....the service could be in form of helping someone to write and article and so on
