It will be hard to believe that this vision started in NAIRALAND late last year where a comrade so passion posted here on nairaland and the movement has grown wide. Imaging Facebook likes and member of more than 10,000. It is a political movement called *ARISE NIGERIAN YOUTHS* formed by the youths of Nigeria with the sole intention of making away for youths to gain access into political leadership in government. We observed that it is the youths that suffers most from the economic hardship of our country caused by our political leaders both present and past. We thought of joining politics in order to be part of the policy makers to make policies that will favour the youths. But we realized that our rich corrupted political leaders will not allow us see light if we join any of their political parties. That was why we the youths of Nigeria decided to form this movement. We are by this note inviting interested, and well meaning Nigerian youths to join us to fight our way into power. VERY PROUD TO BE PART OF THIS... I joined from Nairaland and have since then erased the believe that Nigerian youths are unserious following the level of participation and contribution from all the youths in the six geopolitical zones. My advice is that, we youths should stop being passive and indifferent about political movements of this nature only to later sit down and complain when a bag of trash is being elected to rule us. Join in in stopping this gerontocracy that has been doing us no good for once and stop quarrelling in the background. ARISE NIGERIAN YOUTHS! TO SAVE NIGERIA. |

This is going to be interesting. In fact, if you are a Nigerian youth and you are not a committed of this great historic youth coalition, then you need to ask yourself some questions. There is time for everything under the sun and I think now is the right time for Nigerian youths at home and abroad to take the center stage in handling Nigeria's leadership.
