TA peeps / Newbies Only Consolidation / Pull backs - when prices are unable to capture its prev or most recent highest closing high ,its possible price is consolidating its prev rally - u wud notice a lower high is formed on d daily frame , while longer time frame remain bullish (Ex: fbn , uba , dang flour , dang sugar (triple top sef) , fidelity , transcorp , ucap , diamond and be be lo ) - consolidations are healthy for continuation later on , they signify bullish exhaustion and also help est new support for the next take off - some consolidation will develop into triangles , flags blah blah (For More reading: https://www.investopedia.com/articles/technical/02/021102.asp) - they can be frustrating to those new entrants who expect rallies to continue only to find dis zig zag moves lollx esp when corporate announcements are ard the corner , they are wondering WHY - most of the expected news is already priced in ..sadly for new entrants (price precedes news always), however any spectacular unexpected corporate performance news may ginger d bulls from slumber - wat do i know ... Dis: I cud be very very wrong and all dis TA mumbo jumbo stuff is just wiishful thinking loll Trade ur plan , plan ur trade , be patient . Everybody is usually right in a bullish season #ChartRants 7 Likes 1 Share |

fxuser: Nice one there! When bulls start cuddling bears, there is little joy left... I want to help make the new/young investors understand you better. What our CTA (Chief Technical Analyst) is saying is this, The bulls have 'released', give them time to regain strength.... Sorry, if I offended anybody.... |

Flourmills closed at N34.00, from a high of N37.35. From tomorrow, some people that merely ran after the train without asking questions will be forced to start selling. NSE I hail thee. Rule Number 1, be careful when running after a moving train. You fit wound. 1 Like |

sellydion: FTN cocoa (0.42) continues it's descent below the 50 Kobo altitude in company of ABC Transport, DAARCOM, Dunlop, Japaul, Multiverse, RTBriscoe, and co enroute the 1 Kobo international airport. The airport authority seems to have enough hangers for parking. Will there be a re-routing of some flights that may never arrive the final destination? Who arrives first? Time shall tell. |
