There is no better time to be in the ICT business than now, there are many ICT field he can jump into and make a lot of money. But here are Three major area I did recommend:
1) Programming (Web/Mobile Application Programming)
2) Penetration Testing (System and Network Security Expert)
3) Data Scientist (Helping Organizations make sense of their data)
