And Hey! Uzoho keep at it okay... It is gonna be a big year for you kiddo. wink

Sir GoodJoe I am beginning to doubt we actually watched the same game.... If Ikwuowem takes worst player of the night... Then it simply means Osas was not dressed for the game at all sef....

At least, we saw Osas repeatedly going after the wingers exploiting his wing. Where was Ikuowem when Eneji made the reckless tackle?

I am saying the selection process is the problem.

You said emphatically that their are better players in the NPFL then you should be able to name those players if truely they are better than what we have here.

And you cannot sit in the comfort if your living room and say emphatically that "the selection process is the problem".List the players you feel should have been selected that were left out and let's discuss it.

Don't you know we played 9 against 11? Osas didn't play today.

But you trust TheGoodJoe and some of his..... You know he got the second highest vote for most controversial.

Next time anyone is watching the game again. Concentrate on Ikuowem and how easily and repeatedly he was skinned alive or left his wing unattended to.

Just that one moment abi? So you blame Udoh for Eneji's rash decision? I also saw Ogbugh defend deep on the right with Osas no where to be found. I saw Orji and Eze being stretched times without number to cover for Osas...

I saw Osas just acting as escort to all Moroccan wingers who came thru his wings as if he was just there to see them off to their final destination of putting the ball into the back of our net....

Osas was just an escort not a defender... He did nothing.

So you will even need to rewatch and concentrate before you spot Ikuowem own. For Osas Okoro own even a person that does not know anything about football will spot out how useless he was in that game at first glance

You are fond of making up your mind on what you think someone is saying without getting the point.

I used the term LEAGUES in one of my comment meaning we should not focus on the NPFL alone. I also used camp screening process meaning I want the selection from a larger pool.

Biko, I am not talking of NPFL alone. Inanu.

For the Argentina game I speak on Uzoho's aerial prowess in response to Forgiveness naa.... That 45 mins was against Argentina and not Sudan or Angola. Let that be emphasized too.

I wanna see him start in three of our friendlies to see more of what he offers in the GWG. That we cannot avoid coz he looks like the Chosen one even though it is damn early to say.

I can bet it with you that Uzoho or any other keepers would concedes the same number of goals we conceded today, pls check it out 26 shots at a keeper in 90 minutes match for God sake.

Kudos should be given to Ezenwa and Ajiboye against Angola and Sudan cos the defence was just too porous compare to what we paraded against Argentina.I don't think Uzoho can survive this kind of defence.

Sometimes, people clearly miss things that go on on the field and need a rewatch to get it. Osas has been vilified recently that I think public opinion swayed towards him.

However, off the top of my head, I can even remember a case where the central defender even had to leave his wing to go wide in the flank to pull a tackle he missed. This happened because of the poor coordination of Ikuowem.

OK, name those players that you feel should have added value but Salisu left them out. Since you are so sure they exist.

Besides, do you know the selection process the coaches adopted? What makes you think they didn't select from a large pool?

I should name all hundreds of players abi. The point is simple. The quality of our league is too poor to restrict selections to it alone. Work with a larger pool.

Finito.

I don't deal with "What ifs" in such goalkeeping scenario. Uzoho came up against an attack having Di Maria, Dybala, Benedetto, and more...it was still Balogun and Ekong when Akpeyi conceded. Only the wingbacks were changed.

I also don't think Ezenwa or Ajiboye would have kept a clean sheet in that second half against Argentina... How about that huh? If we go by "what ifs".... wink

Let us be honest... Morocco was always gonna be the one game to assess this CHAN team and what an assessment it turned out to be.

I know that.... But that was same as Osas not being in position the few times Ogbugh covered his ass. If Ogbugh had been rash with his tackles too and picked a red, would you blame Osas for Ogbugh's red? Truth is Osas was the main waste in the side.... This is what I watched. I know Ikuwowem had his struggles but he was better all-round than Osas.

Why should I ask you to name 100 players?

If you say these boys are not the best then it means you have seen better players. So just give a few names and let's discuss them to see if they are good enough for the CHAN team or not.

In that game alone against Argentina, Uzoho showed his aerial prowess. Not a debate sef.

As for Alampasu... He never keep for us but a few games seen of his back in Portugal before recent times also show his aerial strength. Alampasu is very good oooo... Sad we never see am in GWG. Chaaaiiii

And take it from me... Rohr will not make Ezenwa our no.1 for the WC. He will make the squad but He won't be no 1

How many aerial balls came at Uzoho?

Alampasu has kept for once against Togo. His case worst pass. We never see anything from him lately. Pass glory can't save him or take him to world cup?

I rate Uzoho highly but nothing spectacular from Argentina in the second half, pls go and watch the match again, he had normal game that average keeper would have, pls am not taking anything from him but that's the fact.

I am not gonna watch that 4-0 massacre again.... Mbanu! Don't want to see 9men on the field as I saw today. Don't want to see Osas looking so shambolic. Ikwuowem was much better biko.... Bad is better than worse... Ikwuowem showed some good distribution with the ball and no goal came from his wing... All came from Osas' wing. Honestly, Sir GoodJoe... Watching that game again will be torture. Once is enough.

When Eneji got red, Ikuowem was no where within that place. We did not have that with Osas. Osas was beating repeatedly due to poor reading of play. Ikuowem's case was getting lost or not knowing his position on the field. That his missed clearance was the height of it but guess what, Osas takes the blame for that too.

As I said, no need for too much talk. I know you will watch it again.
