I agree that Elebuibon is superior, but since the law doesn't recognize Yoruba's heritage in solving state's problems, baba will never intervene. There are cases where he can intervene though. If a powerful armed robber is constantly killing people or ritualists terrorizing a town, the oluawo of the town will do counter rituals to render the evil doer impotent and subsequently caught.
