Hello everyone, I have been with this guy for a while now. He resides and work here in Lagos though on his company annual visa renewal. We have been making plans to get married and he wants us to settle down here in Nigeria (for a few years before relocating to any of the European countries) My question is will he be privy to get Nigerian permanent residence visa once we are married? If yes, what steps do we need to take to acquire it when the time comes?

"Any of the European countries" means he isn't European nor American/Canadian because if he was, you guys wouldn't be guessin' what country to relocate to.

The obvious choice would be his home country.

So Pakistanis sef now classify as "expatriates" abi?

I think you should be more concerned about meeting his family before talking marriage.

No, Niger Wives Visa is not possible within 1-day. I think its better you commence the process maybe by sending to Immigrations your marriage documents and copies of Intl passport ahead of your coming to Nigeria.

Ye- you can come into the country with Tourist visa for this process. You will be given 30-days on entry into Nigeria.
