Melvin was not a gossip like vina, he didn't form a clique and he didn't mastermind to bully his country mate. He might not have been entertaining but his good guy persona ranked him over Beverly who was an embarrassment to the country with all the jargon she kept vomiting.

Don't mind the dumby, the reason why it always appears like the contestants know each other is because you have to be connected to get the chance to audition.
Thousands of people line up to audition and since the audition is usually free not everyone can get to audition with the limited time, that is when calls start flying and people with connections get to audition.
After the audition and the first people are selected, there is no favoritism at the point, the shit becomes real ,because everyone there knows someone too. Some contestants are dropped because they have HIV, asthma and other risky diseases, others are dropped because they lack confidence or are too compacted, they'll keep dropping till they get to these people you see in the house ,some people even get dropped a week before the main show, such people are later brought back in some capacity as fake housemates eg (ese, john)
There is nepotism in every sphere of life, even job interviews today require calls and exchange of paper notes..... But when it's down to an assemblage of a selected few, everything is fair from there. The reason why you see some of these guys snapping with others is because the entertainment industry is really thin and everyone knows everyone....
Don't mind that thing and her conspiracy theories ,I hope she's arrested and jailed for trying to damage the reputation of reputable organization like BBN. The internet gives people too much power that they can trash the creativity of better men while not doing anything substantial themselves.

Honestly I was disappointed with her comment, you've had your time, let them have theirs.
I feel all these ex housemates had more than a year to do something notable, inserting themselves into these guys affairs reeks of insecurity and bitterness.
