Federal Government of the Northern states. Other regional states can f*ck themselves and still won't be bold to complain because they have agreement to enjoy certain things. You will see no one to condemn wrong acts but will be manipulating headlines. Eye service followers will earn nothing but shame and pain when the time comes.
