On the bolded, am very much aware my Boss.
...However my take is that the market will gradually do some recovery from the huge sell off we saw on Friday.
In my opinion, nothing has changed to call for any kind of alarm. ...In fact, the pull back makes so much sense to me after the US and most core European markets witnessed one of the biggest rise in January. ...one of the highest of fast uptrend in years.
...This pullback seems more of a retrace than a major downturn. ...It's a healthy call.
Dont be surprised if u see some sort of turnaround albeit like a 'consolidating effect' begining tomorrow.
The tech stocks have led the minor bounce back today. ...I think the financial services zone could follow suite tomorrow.

In all, things could go either way. ...For Mr Market usually has a different strong soul of its own.
...Maybe am just been a bit positive.

We keep watching. wink cheesy

Following from our above postulation yesterday, the DOW, S&P and NASDAQ are all back in the positive territory. wink cheesy
...I recall putting it out here several times that nothing has changed, and that the downturn was as a matter of fact healthy, and so opens up a fine line for real investors to pounce on the many available opportunities.
...well, they seem to be doing that right now.
Yes there was a rate hike, but the truth is that the core of investors know that the superb earnings from most coys still presents an overall undervalued market.
Let me remind some folks who were 'screaming red everywhere', that this was only a pullback. ...not even weighty enough to be considered a correction since we only saw a slightly above 8% pullback from its high. (...It takes a 10% loss or more for a market to be seen as a correction, and a 20% loss or more for a bear market).

Now for our dear NSE, I also stated ealier today that Mr TIME on board the CAVERTON airline to the 4.5 boulevard intends to pay a 'surprising August visit' to some coys where pessimism had been unnecessarily high. ...that visit shall begin in earnest.
...the idea is for a 'complete circle of 2 full moon' wink cheesy
...my view of the 'black room' today shows just how some itchy fingers had been shaken off. ...apparently they didn't take enough dose of the required drug of PATIENCE.
For now we continue to watch, while Mr TIME does his thing. ...our only duty is just to dance to whatever melody he plays. cheesy grin

NOTE: This should not be seen as an investment advise. ...DD should always remain ur best friend.

bros, we don't need to flog this issue..you and I knows that the market is not stable right now .

...I know that my dear.
However, u should never expect stability from a market that's trying to resuscitate back up from a pullback.
...what u are seen now is the natural phase following from a reduced sell pressure (...might not necessarily mean an increased buying momentum so there should be some instability. ...at least for now).

My point then was just that we would not likely be seen the continues sell off we saw on Friday. ...as the underlying fundermental did'nt realy change. ...the reason I predicted a quick turnaround from the present statuesque in my post yesterday.

But in all, Mr Market remains the KING.
...Our duty is just to follow in the footsteps of his messenger Mr TIME wink cheesy

For a "sell" to happen there must be a "buyer". What makes you think the buyers are fools? And what makes you think that the sellers who had made more than 10-100% profit are fools? That is the market. I am yet to see a market where there are only buyers (BIDS) and no sellers (OFFERS). Enough of the noise. Now tell me why i will not load another 1m units of Fidelity if prayerfully the price lowers to N3.20 this week grin cheesy grin

What has changed in its fundamentals? My target has bn N1m dividend even if div is 25k grin which may be more wink

Your Fidelity has been omitting credit impairment from its books hence, the spike in profit. This was done to attract buyers for its Euro bond last year. Good luck to you.

The volatility index hit 50 before retreating. This was last seen in 2008, 2012 - 2013.
