Just received a visa Refusal Notification 2 days ago. I have been trying to put my self together n calm my wife down. While I think on the next step . but it's really devastating ...becos I see no reason for my refusal. It's heart breaking ...but I know God has a purpose n He knows d best. I applied for a spouse visa on the 11th Oct 2017. To join my wife who's a post graduate student of Nursing in Ausy. Dis a snapshot of part of the refusal email where d stated dia reasons :::

Awwwww so sorry.......I know how rejection can be. But the best bet will be till she finishes which is going to be a long time.

No upfront biometrics but upfront medical is available. You can only get the biometrics bar code after application submission and assessment. Safe trip.
thanks a lot.

awww.sorry about this.I advise you apply again and put up a strong statement as to your home ties.It hurts considering the time invested and tons of cash spent. You can include landed properties you have if any as well as employment or business ties.If there is a business tie explain how you will run it from aus as well.Your wife can also write how your absense is affecting her studies etc.I believe that they said you can reapply if you are not satisfied with the decision right? If any employment the employer can state your absense is approved and you will have your job back when you return. All in all write in such a way that the pros of your return outweighs the pros of your staying back.Wish you success and do not despair.

Bro, so sorry. I know for sure that this things is not easy at all. After waiting for several months and such reply came up.

Put yourself together, address the issue raised. She is your wife and definitely you can not abandon her over there.

In your next application, write an epistle telling the CO how devastating it is for you not seeing your spouse in a long time. This time you need enough assets to be able to convinced the CO..... boast your Statement of account to at least 10 million, present Stocks or bonds if you have any, get quantity/Estate surveyour or estate management agency to evaluate your landed property and present it.
Any thing that can boast your home tie back to Nigeria just try and do it.

Our prayers and taughts are with you!...
There is always another chance to prove to them that your are genuinely applicant.
If I may ask, what was the reason for your Canadian Student Visa Refusal?..

Recounting my experience at Cairo (with Egypt Air).We departed UK at about 3.00pm and got to Cairo at about 10.00pm or so. We were taken to a five-star hotel where we had a buffet and afterwhich we were ushered into our room. By 5.30am, we were awake, arrived at the airport 6.15am for a flight of 7.30am. It was a beautiful experience that surpassed my expectation. This should give you a hint for using Egypt en route to Australia

Bro, please does it work like this at Cairo and Casablanca airports too?

Thanks bro, I initially had fears about what to expect, whether to get transit visa, maltreatment of Nigerians etc.
Thanks for the clarification

@Ayolachris, do not loose hope dear.
Find any sporting activity or leisure and engage your self in it. Any Diversional Therapy will help you overcome this. Time heals everything in life.

You just need to engage your self in any social activity and a responsible social group to be precise.
Gulf Club, Lawn tennis, or any sports of your choice. Do those things that will make you happy. Definitely, you will be with your wife sooner than you expected.

Time heals everything!.... Surely you will get over it in a matter of days or weeks depending how you let it go and re-channel your energy, knowing fully well that you will definitely be with your wife, if not today, tomorrow and if not tomorrow, the next following day.
May you experience the spirit of calmness!..
