Hello lovelies, Silent reader but decided to become active because if everyone stayed silent, this much knowledge would have never been unleashed. Brief timeline: ITA: Jan 9 Applied: Jan 26 Request letter for Schedule A & travel history (even though I have extensive travel history in my app): Feb 8 Meds still not applicable I am currently doing research but any helpful tips about Schedule A will make my day e.g why they might want it and best way to go about it. I promised I’ve read all the threads and I’m not coming in as a lazy novice. I just felt the urge to share what was happening maybe someone has some golden info they forgot to share. Thank you very much and God bless you. Of course congrats to everyone that recently got ITA! 3 Likes |

URGENT PLSS Hi my efam, congrats to all ITA recepients. Pls my people I need urgent responses. I woke up this morning to this ADR mail below from CIC asking for info about my spouse. I filled all this info when I was filling his personal history because I am the principal applicant, but am being requested to provide these details again; My questions are- 1) Am I meant to fill these details in an LOE? This is because an LOE placeholder titled 'Replacement Needed' appeared in my Optional Documents section. 2)The portion of the mail I highlighted red says "IF YOU WERE NOT WORKING"! Does this refer to me or my spouse and am i required to provide this info for my self also? 3)My spouse has been working in his current job from AUG 2010- till date, while he was unemployed from 2009 July-2010 July. This was what I filled in my application. My question is, is there other way CIC wants me to breakdown this information? He has no travel history. This letter is about your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order to continue the review of your application we require that you provide us with detailed information for your spouse for the time periods between 2010/07/01 until 2012/02/28 and 2015/05/01 until 2018/01/29. Please provide us with residency, occupation/studies, travels, etc. for the period mentioned. If you were not working, provide information on what you were doing (for example: unemployed, studying, travelling, retired, in detention, etc). If you were studying, please provide the location of studies, time period when you took the course. If you participated in a distance education program/online studies, please indicate the name of the institution, the location where course was taken, etc. You must identify your activities during the specified period detailing day, month and year for each entry. Please upload these documents to your MyCIC account Thanks elders |

optionese: Thank you for responding. But there’s no travel history in my form just educational and personal. The travel history was a different request: to upload all the visas and stamps I’d had for the past ten years. |

Hi Elders. While re-checking the Post-ITA forms as advised, I discovered these two questions are similar in the STATUTORY QUESTIONS UNDER PERSONAL HISTORY Has ... been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country? Has .... ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?: I feel these two questions are the same thing. My response was same for the two because I have had a Canadian study visa denied twice in the past 2years; My Study Visa Application to Canada (UCI:5372-....) was refused on the 28th August, 2017 with the following reason; (1) No sufficient funds, (2) Travel history (3) Family ties in Canada and in country of residence (4) Purpose of visit. However, my school fees deposit of CAD$... was returned by Algonquin College. I quoted the UCI number and Application number Above is my response, What is the right response? Why the totology of the question? |

JESUSisable:I'm not sure there's any specific way for you to do this, as long as they haven't referreda specific form (like IMM5669, e.g.). So, you could use the placeholder. Type out a LOE and make a table that looks like that under personal history in the form here (https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5669e.pdf). Then make sure to sign at the end of it. 2)The portion of the mail I highlighted red says "IF YOU WERE NOT WORKING"! Does this refer to me or my spouse and am i required to provide this info for my self also? They were most likely referring to your spouse still, it's just the language. 3)My spouse has been working in his current job from AUG 2010- till date, while he was unemployed from 2009 July-2010 July. This was what I filled in my application. My question is, is there other way CIC wants me to breakdown this information? He has no travel history.Fill in exactly the things he was doing at that time period. If you had done so earlier and you were detailed, just repeat the same thing. I was also requested to resupply some of the info I had supplied. All I did was fill in the exact same things. 5 Likes |

Schedule A_IMM 5669E is not for travel history. There is a separate form for that_IMM5662E (Supplementary Travel). What you fill in Schedule A are details of schooling, addresses of places you have lived in the past 10 years or since you turned 18 whichever comes first, organisations you belong to, details of your parents and your work history. optionese: 3 Likes 1 Share |

Thank you so much @cochtrane , u are a life-saver. God bless your good heart. Please just a quick question. - Where you specifically asked to fill a SCHEDULE A form? This is because I was not asked to. - Do you advice I fill a SCHEDULE A form in the light of the fact that I was asked to give details about residency, occupation/studies, travel, e.t.c? cochtrane: |
