You will have to evaluate your diploma as well. I know of someone who had the same issue, the assessment was put on hold for over a year until he provided the diploma transcripts. Elle78: |

Elle78: From all indication, you need to evaluate your diploma as well because that is the missing link in your educational history (transcript). |

You will need to add the Diploma to the evaluation. Elle78: |

There are several reasons why they request for schedule A. It might be that your details when you submitted your application did not transmit well. It could also be because you were denied a visa before and they want more information on it. Regardless of the reason for asking you to complete it, just fill the form and ensure the information tally with what you submitted except if you earlier made a mistake. ADR is not a bad thing. It is a way the visa officers can get more details of any information that is not clear to them. SkyWalk12: 1 Like |

Thank you so much for this kind and gentle reply. I have submitted it. I want to believe this is a positive thing as changes are already happening to my CIC while it was radio silence before. Fingers crossed it’ll end in praise for us all. dupyshoo: 1 Like |

Thank you wonderful people for the responses @dupyshoo, @happytbaby @nat138. I am actually evaluating my bsc and msc. I guess i'd have to remove the bsc then as it will be more stressful and time consuming. However, I have plans of doing a bridge program or take up certifications upon landing. Would I require the ECA of my first degree for this? |

Elle78: I stand to be corrected but I will like to think that for further studies you will need to have all post secondary qualifications evaluated or at least the qualifications deemed necessary for your further studies. But for the purpose of EE, assessing your highest qualification in this case your Masters is okay. So if you feel that obtaining the transcript for the diploma will slow down your current process, evaluate only the masters then evaluate the rest when you are ready for studies. |

The average CRS score that has been invited to apply for sometime now is above 440. And since u maxed out IELTS, i think il advice u consider going thru provincial nominee program (PNP) as this gives u additional 600points. Please do a research on this to know better and help decide which Province u will consider. My humble opinion, but our elders here might advice better. Good luck! Yobaby: 3 Likes 1 Share |

I did a 1 year diploma in Unilag also. My transcript read from 200 level to 400 level. I was never asked for my diploma transcript and it was evaluated equivalent if a degree. Elle78: |

Hello house, Please does anyone know the process involved in getting the bank reference letter stating account closing (as per IRCC standard) from GTBANK? I was told to get in touch with my account officer because they don't usually issue such. Thanks. |

JESUSisable:-Yes, I was specifically requested to fill a Schedule A form. -Since you are not asked to, I don't see why you should. Perhaps you could do what they asked first and then as an addition fill a Schedule A form. 1 Like |

ijeaify:I would believe, yes. As long as WES states it under "Canadian Equivalency", you should be able to. My brother has his application in process now and is claiming "two or more certificates" with an additional college-level 1-yr certificate. I'll share the outcome here when he gets his PPR 3 Likes |

Same format, slightly different wordings, different font(in case they decide to copy and paste) . It is not inconceivable that you provided them with a format in line with CIC specifications. Nothing do you. What really matters is that the company is willing to sign it confirming that your performed those roles. However, an uncanny similarity might make the VO think the references are "genje". He would just confirm them which should not be a problem since you actually worked there. sleekchic: 1 Like 1 Share |

Sunmisire: To be honest with you, what you have looks like abe-igi transcript. LASU transcripts is usually sealed in the school's customised envelope. The envelop is usually taped and not stapled. WES is very familiar with LASU process. I was at the school today and i saw a lot of correspondences between LASU and WES. That's why they take the issue of verification very serious. |

Trying to work out my OOU diploma trancripts so i can claim points for "two or more certificates" For two weeks now, my person on ground has been going back and forth between academic affairs and my department. Apparently they never compiled results in the first place!! Its been 10 years o Anyway it gave me more boost to leave this country 3 Likes |
