NSEMPA, has gradually become a very dangerous place to get an honest advice, a lot of local monkey hunters , manipulating share price and dumping massively on newbies.I guess the school fees was on advanced learning on monkey hunting. Some converse with themselves by using different monikers expressing divergent opinion, some after after enjoying the January bullish rally want to instigate market crash by the so called domino effect, so that they can cycle again You know yourselves God dey 12 Likes |

Great Forumites/Newbies, because it (the Rise and Fall of the stock market) didn't occur when everyone is expecting it to, doesn't mean it will happen or not happen! Changes in the stock market is a K - It must go up and it must come down (making some poor and some rich) while the circle continues. Also note that this forum like any other is full of the good, the bad and the ugly both knowingly or unknowingly dishing out their recommendations. However, the funds are yours so sieve through all the information but the final decision is yours and if there is anyone to blame for it just pick a mirror and look. #Justpassing 3 Likes |

ukay2: Right issue is to raise money for continue operation with forward looking statement. If the money been channel properly it will further boost the performance of the company. It's good for long term, but for short term it will affect the stock EPS and PE, because the number of the outstanding shares will increase. For instance, when 5 people share #1 hundred thousand, each will get #20 thousand only, but when you increase the number of people to 10, and they still have #1 hundred thousand to share, their earning will reduce to #10 thousand each. That's exactly what right issue does, number of share will increase as the number of people increase. The proceed of the right issue will contribute on the long run, not immediately. I prefer companies giving bonus than right issue, because in bonus you are not paying any money, but number of share increases and the EPS reduces, but still the same when you calculate it with that of bonus you received. 2 Likes |

Agbalowomeri:Is good to share idea, pls are your of opinion that we should close down our companies and run for good. Because cash is king in NSE. 2008 affected me badly, and I will never wish any member such experience. Fear catches me as I check today crude oil price, see blood everywhere, since last week, it first started with international stock market, this week it gradually started with NSE, if NSE/ international stock market/ crude oil price closes on negative side next week Monday and Tuesday, you will know that there is fire on the mountain. |

mendes911:That's good. I will never pray to see 2008 experience again, any obvious sign like that, I would close down for main time and rest. I am now a full time investor, just buying from sound fundamental stock, using investment house for my dealing. Morgan time will come, I used them before for jijo. |

(Oil Prices Tank As U.S. Drillers Add Massive Number Of Rigs) U.S.A should hold break for discovery of more oil rigs, the should allow oil price to go up at least 100 dollar per barrel. Or they intentionally creating unnecessary tension, why are they adding massive number of rig, since they know that they will soon face off, vehicle use petrol. https://oilprice.com/Alternative-Energy/Renewable-Energy/Nearly-Half-Of-All-Public-Buses-Will-Be-Electric-By-2025.html May God help us. https://oilprice.com/Energy/Oil-Prices/The-Oil-Bubble-Has-Burst-What-Now.html |

MTN public offer of shares worth $500million this june and subsequent listing on nse. Should we save to buy mtn shares at public offering or just wait till it is listed on the nse. There is no doubt about the profitability of MTN as a company and their leadership position in Nigerian telecoms sector. How do you guys see this listing. |

Chibuking81: Remember the US President says Job, Jobs, Jobs....also there are lots of incentives for Operators and Drillers now especially with the roll back of lots of regulations. There's also opportunities in the stock market/oil for those who have the money but Fear and greed are staring at each other! One must win to lead the herd and the movement will continue one way or another. #Life |
