Otekpen:https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/inadmissibility/reasons.html All you need is to state what happened. if you have any email correspondence to show u actually used agent that would add weight to your points and if u don't have just make sure u state in your application or when u receive ADR for schedule A. The truth is they will find out and if stated it won't count as a misinterpretation for u. For future reference to everyone....visa denial, deportation or whatsoever with another country has no negative impact on your application but failure to declare it. As long as your parole with another country is or was not base on above link U are good to go. 3 Likes |

Kmgb: Proof of funds related issues---Yes Rejection due to incomplete documentation (if the mistake/fault is from the applicant)---I doubt it but there is no harm in trying. If an application is found to be incomplete, the processing office must reject the application by: - promoting and then canceling the application in GCMS with the application status reason listed as “incomplete application”; - noting in GCMS the reason(s) for rejecting the application; and - repaying all fees associated with the application (e.g., the cost recovery fee and the right of permanent residence fee, as applicable). When an application is rejected as incomplete, the applicant must submit a new Express Entry profile through their online account to be considered for any future rounds of invitations. |

Hi Guys, Please o, is it advisable to do medicals and PCC upfront? I mean pre-ITA? Secondly, what does CIC do with the addresses and employers on schedule A form? Am asking because 2 of the addresses i lived in the past are non-existent(one of them was bought over and merged with another property) . Secondly, one of my previous employer is also defunct and this is getting me worried( i am not the PA and we intend to put my work history in the personal history section to avoid request for reference letter).I have had a visa rejection in the past. Do they actually visit this places?either by themselves or by proxy? Can anyone here throw some light, please. cc:glitteringstar , newmum0615 , 40manlappy et all |

GlitteringStar: OK thanks a lot,in the case he wants to try,how does the person raise s CSE,he doesn't seem to know and I've not created a profile yet so I don't know too. He didn't submit his medicals with his application cos according to him his friends who are also INLAND just like him, qualify for CEC and they didn't submit medicals until it was requested,so we are really surprised he was rejected based on that. |

Sunmisire: I was just lucky to get my verification done on friday. Verification request was sent by WES to LASU since November but nothing was happening. So, i went to the school on Thursday and discovered that there was skeletal activities going on by NASU. I learnt that the union gave two weeks concession that lasted on Friday 9/2/2018 in order to prepare for the forthcoming convocation. In fact, I was there when the union people wanted to send people out from the ICT building where Exams and Records is located. I only hope that they will allow the skeletal work to continue. I am done with the verification. It was sent to WES yesterday and was acknowledged same day. Please, who understands this message from WES as stated in my account because I was hoping that this process shouldn't take this long: 'Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time. Your evaluation is due for completion on 3/2/2018' |

Una go do LOE ni o. Does his birth certificate have your full names? If yes, do an LOE explaining what you have just told us;albeit more formally, make it the first page of his birth certificate. Let the LOE come first so that its the first thing the VO will see as he is wondering why names are different. Next to it should be his birth certificate. If the birth certificate comes first, it is possible the VO might not look further and miss the LOE. In the normal LOE place holder, do a summary LOE that refers to all the LOEs attached to specific documents, mention briefly that the is an LOE explaining the difference in names. My thoughts..... dane15: |

Hello, @chimto, honestly I don't think I'm in a position to answer your question but I think contacting WES would seem the best thing to do. You can provide them with a "Declaration of Age" document. Hope this helps. Others may help torchlight this matter as well. |
