Iwobi lost balls today because he was doing his best to make shots through a metal door to make things happen. The Tottenham set up was resolute and it needed something special to unlock it. Iwobi found that special pass and delivered the pass of the match. Unfortunately, Lacazette failed to convert it. Props to Iwobi. 5 Likes 1 Share |

I want to believe this thread was created for football fans. Particularly for those in support of our national team. That my submissions do not conform to your preferences should not prick you so hard. It doesn't make my opinion any more or less superior to yours. Steer clear if my submission irks you. You don't subscribe my data and you don't feed me. You're absolutely inconsequential to my existence. Long as I'm a football fan with penchant for fellow nationals plying their trades across Europe, I'll rate those that deserve to be rated and slate those that derserve to be slated. TheGoodJoe:haha... You and your people wan kill him? The man was trying to be cautious. His plan worked for him in the first half. A moment of loss in concentration in his defence cost him the game in the second half. His best shot against a more organised and possessive side like yours was to sit deep and hit on counters or lob the ball straight to Vardy and wait for a Miracle. There is no way they'll get away if they decide to attack. You've got pacy widemen with brilliant, intelligent and swift midfielders who can initiate attack in a split seconds. |

andrew444: Mr sabi sabi. I don't need to waste my time yesterday on you. I just needed to rest and today was also busy for me hence the late reply. Even this night, I was about doing something elsbefore I saw my mention. However, can you please tell me your definition of 'successful players' before I answer your question. Because I want to be direct in my response. Thanks Oga, I have followed the progress of Nigerian born players all over Europe for decade and this was what led me to know about David Amoo, Raheem Sterling, Jordan Ibe and Sheyi Ojo at Liverpool. This is the reason I can state emphatically that Sheyi Ojo has progressed positively. How many games has he played for Liverpool? 8 premier-league games in half season because he was ruled out for 1 full season. GBAM! Now, what happened within these three seasons? The first season, he was making the bench at 17 and he was already part of the first team before he was loaned out in the middle of the season. GBAM Oga, Sheyi Ojo already already broke into Liverpool's first team at 17. GBAM. Due to the fact that he was above the academy at 17 and he wasn't going to get game time with the first team due to obvious reasons, Liverpool decided to send him on loan at the middle of the season to championship. How many 17 years old be starter for Championship? Yes! He made his debut at 17 in first professional career in the Championship. GBAM! The second season,, there was a new coach who doesn't know Joseph hence the need to loan him out to the Championship again. The same new coach saw a liverpool-fc player doing wonders in the Championship and decided to recall him from loan. GBAM Sheyi Ojo made his debut for Liverpool at 18. GBAM 11 matches with 4 assists and a goal was enough to earn him a preseason the next season but injury ruled him out for months. GBAM Let us use our brain to think for once. I repeat, he was injured for months. In short, he was not fit after he came back though he was drafted back to the first time before he was sent to Under 23 to gain fitness but unfortunately for him Liverpool don go buy players because they are fighting for EPL crown. GBAM. Who are the better players better than him in SE? .. Bhuuuhahaha! Look at this one telling me what is the big deal about winning U20 team World cup. He has forgotten he bragged about how Iheanacho worked his way to the top through U17. Did Iheanacho also performed in the U20? Has Nigeria ever won U20? If it's not a big deal, we for dey win am every 2 - 2 years. Bhuuuhahaha! If you are blind to see the article that clearly showed EPL wanted to buy him then sorry, I can't help you. At least, you have been proven wrong that no EPL team came for him. That's the koko. Bhuuuhahaha! So, that 'according to you' doesn't make sense. Many UK players are overated according to you but many Nigerian players can't enter the top 20 of the few players UK ever produced. Fact. GBAM. Who is even our best now? Can he be listed in the top 10 players produced by UK? Open your eyes. Mr man. The world doesn't end in your backyard. |

AIG07: All the matches are tomorrow although Enyimba has a bye. My only fear is for MFM because they have not been looking to sharp this season but they have been punching above their weight since they came into the NPFL so I wouldn't bet my house against them. I expect Plateau and Akwa to do really well sha, their form means business. |

MetalJigsaw: Nice word!!! But how can making it to the finals when people never believe u would make it out the group stage be heartbreak? Forgetting that Morocco is the home of the club champions of Africa. Just keep ur eye on Boboye's Plateau United and Maikaba's Akwa United, good coaches who know how to get the best out of their players. 2 Likes |
