What do you people think about SEC bringing back shorting of stocks since there are more downs than ups in NSE...

....coz a lot of people go hammer even with this 1k rule

For newbies, short sale or shorting stocks is when you borrrow shares from the broker for return at a later date. The borrower sells the stock at certain price and then wait for the price to fall so that it can buy back the borrowed units at lower price to repay the broker.
