When an attack takes place in Borno and the north eastern environs; Boko Haram. However, when the attack takes place in the middle belt and other parts of southern Nigeria, it is the Fulani herdsmen. Is it possible that they are one and the same? The modus operandi are beginning to look similar perhaps with a gradual but more effective penetration strategy it appears.

Also, do we have the fulanis being involved in both cases, and to what extent?!
