Yes, she should put anything that she remembers, if she cannot remember any thing, she should state the year or year range and tell them she has forgotten the details.....like " I was denied a ....visa to UAE sometimes between the years 2008 and 2010 but I do not have a specific date as I have forgotten exactly when it happened, I regret to inform you that I do not have any supporting documents as evidence'

You stand a better chance but claiming points from Upwork would need a ton of research. You're a writer so I'm sure you'd do great in this area. You might also need to show taxes especially if you land in LVO, don't know how that'll work.
I used Upwork but only to show source of some funds.

To get started, check your NOC, both of you should calculate scores using http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

Ace IELTS, do ECA for both of you and if scores drop well enough, your husband's Bachelor's might just suffice.

To clarify, you do not have any other work experience? You can claim points for work within the last 10 years.

It's a dicey one. First, that your scores shows that your hubby ain't got no ECA evaluation or IELTS; let his try the two to boost you to around 430+. Alternatively, you can look towards PNP for redemption; your years of experiences, age and IELTS will give you an unusual advantage. Nova Scotia, PEI or even Ontario will want to have you. Also, Alberta can find something for folks if they open their EE routes.

I'll have to get back to you on this, normally if u need a PCC its easy and straight forward here, just walk go to the police head office in your province. but now that his not in Cyprus I don't know how he wud get it. i'll ask about it

In my own case, POF is 6m but I have never had 6m sitting in my account over 6 months. However, my account transactions credit and debit has hit over 35m over the last 5 months but As I write my balance is about 950k.

By virtue of my business, I don't keep money rather I put money in a lot of business ventures to make more money.
I have 950k now but if I want to submit by the end of the week, I can recall some of my funds to make up the 6m balance I need to show

My question is

Looking at my situation, I will have the money whenever I want it but I don't have it stored up for 6 months even though my account statement shows I have received about 6times the POF over a 6 months period. is this a problem?

Plz I need help on this issue.

we went for our medicals yesterday and our 3 year old was flagged for speech delay. she has ASD and had been undergoing Speech therapy for the past 3 months. Doc said CIC might require further medical Evaluation. Has anyone passed through the same shoes? How did you pull through?

I do not think this is a new issue and not a problem, people have had the complete POF dumped in their account 2-3days before submitting their application (Check page zero, I know there's someone on that list that got PRR through that, if you can deligently read all PPR stories on that page, you will find the person) It would be good if you can get the letter in CIC's format, you would not need to use your SOA nor explain, but if not, use your SOA, and write a comprehensive LOE with proof that your net cash flow for the last 6mmonths is about 35million and explain the kind of business you do with your capital.. and stay calm.. nothing new under the sun bro

Hello @Saintp and @mosbiod I don't know if you're from the study thread but I do not think it matters if your account has held 100million before, the rule of thumb here is if there is a huge lodgement into your account then you should state its source. The source could be from a business deal (which of course you'd show documents to prove this), gift (Gift deed) etc. You must show the source of that huge lodgement else it will be assumed you're using the lodgement just for pof, remember the catch here is to convince the vo that the money is wholly available to you.

So I personally will not advice you submit your SOA without proper explanation on the source of the lodgement.
