If you are submittting an employment letter from the afromentioned company/health care related company, of course the Embassy at his/her own personal will, can chose to verify.
So use an entity which can be verified in case the DIBP decides to verify.

Another thing is does the school and dibp in anyway check and confirm if a healthcare related organization/company is registered in the government agency in charge of registering companies/healthcare related companies

You can apply with it for the admission.
But for the Visa application, that won't be valid by the time you want to apply for Visa. So, is necessary you will get a new one for your Visa application.

Is it possible you get employment sponsorship letter indicating the financial assistance the company is rendering to you as their employee and then get statement of account from another source?

Wrong info but they are bind by law to share all your informations and status with DIBP.

please i would be happy if anyone can give assistance on this matter am about to present:
i finished in futa with a beng(material engineering), i intended to pursue a masters degree in australia, so i wrote the pte exam and had 57 overall, seeing the masters program are very expensive and unaffordable, i resulted to pursue a diploma. but someone said the visa grant might not come, owing to the fact that i have a degree and my age is above 25, this year....my sposor can only afford 2mil for tuition, and 500k for ticket and thats all, i can savage upto 3 mil for the whole thing....

pls those that God has helped, help me with a way forward.

First of all, we need to understand your discipline or program you are going for in OZ and what is this company that you want to get the said employment sponsorship letter from as you rightly said are into.

In your SOP, you have to clearly states who is your primary sponsor and mention in one sentence why this company will or have decided to release a small amount of money for your trip. The CO will want to know the connection between you and this company and why this company is given you the said amount, or have you help to contribute to the growth of the company. What is it that the company have benefited from you in rendering such financial assistance to you.

The truth is that most companies do not sponsor an employee to any trip, be it education, medical or tourist without the employee rendering at least 2 years of service to the company. Even study leave, no company will give you study leave without been with them for at least a minimum of 2 years.

For you to maunover this, you need the employment letter to be back dated to at least 2 to 3 years for the issue of such company to partially render financial assistance to you to sale through in the eyes of the CO except this company is a family company which you are part of the shareholder and as such don't necessarily matter how long you have been with them as long as your name is listed as one of the share holders of the company, no problem about that.

So all you have to submit is the employment letter, introduction letter from the company, reference letter from the company, the financial assistance from the company, work ID, no pay slips because there is no record for it in your account that you have been receiving salary from this company, so you have to remove the pay slips.

-Yes you can have two sponsors for your visa application.
-I believe the first sponsor is related to you and who is bringing the bulk money here, the primary sponsor or the co- sponsor?..
- Using a sponsor not related to you can be at times difficult to sale through except you explained the relationship between you and the sponsor, get letter of sponsorship from the said co-sponsor as well as Affidavit of sponsorship from the co-sponsor to have something legally binding both of you.

Or possiblly, let the co- sponsor demonstrate his/her geniunes in sponsoring you by transferring the said amount to your account and in his/her letter of sponsorship, that will be stated that he or she has transferred the said money to your account. You also have to print your Statement of account to show actuallly that the said amount was transferred to your account by the sponsor.

Having gone through some of the points or considerations I raised previously and you have considered them as something you can take care of or have been taking care of, you can move ahead with your plans.
