you know he's typing as the HMs were speaking? He has to be fast because once they leave the diary room, another person is coming in to the diary room to a start their session. So there's really no time to go back and make corrections. Then you consider some "incorrect" auto correct and the normal typo errors you will make on a smart phone when you type too fast. Where is the time to start making corrections? He will surely miss getting the right information from the next speaker.
