Random Thought....

Average price differential between Zenith and GTB has been in the 48% range over the last few months. My thinking is that this differential should not exceed 25% in favour of GTB factoring in all tangibles and intangibles.

One of these stocks is either overvalued or the other is undervalued. Only time will tell.

DD: Just because its fashionable to issue disclaimers these days, I feel obliged to add mine. Here we go..

You can consider my statement as an investment advice or not.....I no send grin grin grin

You want kill the bank?
That should be 36% per annum, if that happened no body will buy treasure bill again. Most bank workers don't know the amount paid to customers on fix deposit. The highest you can get will not be above 7% . Meaning 7% divided by 12 months = 0.58% per a month.
#1 million on fix deposit going by 7% will give you #70,000 only per annum.

I was surprised when I saw what the guy posted so I needed to clear my doubt. grin
The marketer didn't do his homework very well.

That's the thing about investing and investors. Sometimes, emotions distort decision making...like they say in local parlance "some people dey look face". There are many of less fancied companies that can generate much healthier "cash money" returns in a given time frame. As for me, I care about the money, not the company.

Going by their today closing price, #131.40 (รท) divided by their basic EPS 0F 4.13 = 31.82 PE,
Their PE Stands at 31.82, this shows that the company is overvalued at their current price.
