OKOMU OIL PALM FAITHFULS READ BELOW The Federal Inland Revenue Service, FIRS, on Wednesday sealed two companies in Delta and Edo States over N8billion tax indebtedness to the Federal Government. FIRS sealed the companies during its Tax Enforcement action in the two states. The Companies sealed include Bensegba Technical Services Limited and Okomu Oil Palm Plc at Kilometre 7 Refinery road, Ekpan and Okomu-Udo Communities in Uvwie and Ovia South-West Local Government Areas of Delta and Edo States respectively. The warrant of distraint indicated that BENSEGBA Technical Services Limited is indebted to the FIRS to the tune of one hundred and twenty one million, one hundred and ninety one thousand, seven hundred and fifteen naira. Random Thought.... Average price differential between Zenith and GTB has been in the 48% range over the last few months. My thinking is that this differential should not exceed 25% in favour of GTB factoring in all tangibles and intangibles. One of these stocks is either overvalued or the other is undervalued. Only time will tell. DD: Just because its fashionable to issue disclaimers these days, I feel obliged to add mine. Here we go.. currentprice: Going by their today closing price, #131.40 (รท) divided by their basic EPS 0F 4.13 = 31.82 PE, Their PE Stands at 31.82, this shows that the company is overvalued at their current price. |
