Going by their today closing price, #131.40 (รท) divided by their basic EPS 0F 4.13 = 31.82 PE,
Their PE Stands at 31.82, this shows that the company is overvalued at their current price.
Goes by the EP 31.83 of NB, What will be their fair price when compared with Zenith and GTB

On a very sincere note, I dont see why the new CBN rule should create any panic. The rule simply prohibits affected banks from paying more than 75% of their profit after tax, as dividend. It doesn't stop them from paying dividends.

I thought am the only one reasoning it that way. I think zenith bank is better off when it comes to dividend.

I think Ucap, afriprudencial and Npfmcrfbn are better when it comes to dividend

Good news remember the post about Stanbic IBTC......Good management team on board and changes will surely come...already started plugging loopholes of fraud. Not really sure who took this decision but it's sign of changes. If things are done right it helps not only investors but the Nigerian economy will be better for it. All fraudsters must be kicked out of sensitive positions.

Is there any bank that is paying up to 75% of their profit after tax as dividend? No
