On a very sincere note, I dont see why the new CBN rule should create any panic. The rule simply prohibits affected banks from paying more than 75% of their profit after tax, as dividend. It doesn't stop them from paying dividends. |

Not really sure who took this decision but it's sign of changes. If things are done right it helps not only investors but the Nigerian economy will be better for it.
