The weakness i experience now dey another degree.

I have pains in the bones in my lower back, arround the buttocks side. Is this normal?

I used pregnacare plus till 12 weeks , i didnt experience any nausea , weakness was also mild. The increased signs started after i stopped it. I was given folic acid and fesolate only during antenatal. I dont know if all these things i experience is caused by increase age of fetus or just the pre-natal drugs i stopped.

Pls, is this hospital in Nigeria cos it's too gd to be true esp the egg, wine n malt part plus teaching hubby how to massage. If I jam dis kind hospital Na to dey born every six six months fa.

Lolz na lekki e dey o! Na their style to take make sure say your baby big cos them too like cs for dia. After eating all that at every antenatal come delivery day before you say jack they will tell you your baby is too big for v birth as private hospital na 250k pakam. Now I know better

Team July please how are we doing? The last roll call only few replied, some even commented and viewed but didn't reply. I know July is still far but is not easy to senior August/September/October. Please try and answer the roll call.

For mama's that complained about zero/low libido, try and look for something healthy that can increase it or try and zero your mind from anything that'll distract when you're doing it, engage in pre-intimacy and try to be in control. You can Google sex styles for pregnant women.

For those that complained about muscle pain, please take your calcium supplement, enough water and also take milk. Also rest when you're tired, abeg no price for supermom or super career woman. Health is wealth.

Pregnancy no mean say shakara don end, who they look my face,they no see my condition. We need to look beautiful for our self and also our spouse or do you think they don't love it when they hear compliments like "omoh! Your wife get belle and she still fine like this, I dy jealous you oo or when someone tell you that you're pregnant and still shining. Omoh shine the shine, sometimes makeup and stay at home, loosen your hair from that hair net and shine biko. Sew that fine maternity style and slay. You're not holier than pope.

Always remember to pray, eat healthy and take your prenatals. If there's any problem, ask us and also see your doctor.

Nice one sis! You really got all needed. I was a chicco mama till about a year plus when we switched to palm kennel oil, coconut oil and ori due to stubborn skin rashes that refused to go. However I loved my sons skin texture while we were using the chicco, it brought out his skin tone wella pk oil darkens but effective for eradicating skin issues try and add it to your list just incase. I'm itching to hear your birth announcement may should do and come joor

I guess the Pregnacare was your own prescription. In my case, I told my doctor on my first appointment for ANC, told him all the medication I was on, he asked me to continue cos they were better than Folic and Fesolate given on routine.
Yes, I was on Pregnacare Plus + 5mg Folic. Now am on Pregnacare Max, no more extra 5mg Folic.
I think you should discuss with your doctor if you can go back to Pregnacare... very unlikely with most hospital sha...

good morning Doctor ,here is my hsg result control radiograph is normal . contrast study shows a markedly enlarged uterine cavity with lobulated outline. the left fallopian tube is normal in call Ber and outline the left left fallopian tube is demonstrated in its proximal aspect its distal aspect is however not demonstrated. no intraperitonal spillage of contrast medium is seen bilaterally. there is marked intravastion of contrast into pelvic vasculature. IMPRESSION: bilateral tubal blockage ? Left peri-fimbral adhesion. advise pelvic ultrasound scan to exclude uterine fibroid.

Edd April 29 according to scan. Gender is unknown. Doc didn't tell me. Thanks cappo

Abi oo. I can't wait to start using the things that i bought oo and my colleague also told me about CHICCO creams sha, maybe i will just look for money and buy it. My own disposable panties is like 6 inside. So i got two, same price. I bought 4 pads.

Do you think i should pack my own bathroom supplies? Like soap, brush, towel etc. I think that's all i haven't got.

And erhmmm... I've been wanting to talk about what I used when I needed blood after my Cs, but it sounds so yucky that I just freeze when I want to type.

For whoever wants to boost her blood, I think garden egg leaves is very good. But if you find yourself in a location where you have no access to it, you can do what I did, that is, if it's not so irritating to you.

I first tried malt mixed with satchet tomato-preferably De Rica brand(I love raw tomatoes so it tasted nice to me).
The boost it gave me was not fast enough (cos I needed it urgently to prevent transfusion). So I had to go gangster!

I drank malt mixed with tortoise blood! The malt overshadowed the blood so I didn't really taste anything different from malt, but the mere thought of it was what irritated me. However it's a very rich blood booster! Then I ate pepper soup made with the tortoise meat. Super delicious

I did it twice and voila! I was good to go. My pcv had shot up really well. So just in case someone needs this.

My dear, I knew o, but no choice. Had to do something drastic to avoid transfusion o. Tortoise is very common in my home town o. People rear them for sale like poultry. People buy for blood boost, and others buy for charms

But it's very good sha, just the thought that irritates.

People rear them and bring to the market for sale in my home town o. Maybe depends on location sha, cos the thing is very common in the market in my area.
Maybe ask around, you never know. All those areas where they sell poultry or goats and livestock

mamas please help someone here oooo. I have stretch marks on my stomach. I didn't have it in my first journey but this one is scaring to me.I just remembered that I cream my stomach then but I forgot to do so for this one. is there still remedy?

Liftedhands:
Two injections (4 weeks apart)before delivery and about 3 thereafter.

During antenatal ask questions, tell them how you feel and state any concern or worries you may have.

You will be coached on all the various birth options and baby position.

Changes to expect and those not to ignore.

Urine and blood sample will be taken and tested.

Your bp and weight checked.

Diet and nutrition will be discussed too.

Sex and the best position to adopt as your tummy grows.


Your hubby will be shown how to message your back and legs to relieve cramps( that's if your hospital has daddy class).


Scan will be conducted ( usually 3 but could be more depends on your needs)


You will sing , dance and clap to hilarious songs and do exercises.


Then one nurse will bring out chilled non alcoholic wine , amstel malta or five alive juice with boiled egg for everyone to eat ( my favorite part).

Then we pray and commit ourselves, baby and medical team to God

Add calcium.
Immediately it was added to my routine drugs, I got all my strength back. No more unnecessary pains except on few occasions when I just wake up on the wrong side.
