leo1234:...in a bullish market, what is needed are those companies you know their products, management, numbers & stories behind it. Most stocks will rally with bulls. I'll only try to give market general conditions. |

Zhirinovsky: "Dream is not what you see in sleep. Dream is the thing which doesn't let you sleep" ~ A.P.J Abdul kalam Do you have a dream? What is your dream like? You need to channel energy into achieving it. We all have dreams. You don't just jump into the market when a broker tells you to. Most people here do serious analysis to determine the buy price and then wait. Check yourself and ask what you have not done right. I would advise you not to leave NSE. You can still make it. Rejig your strategy. We once had a losing portfolio. Everyone has a story to tell. But the onus is on you to dream and work your dream out. Pa Emma told us a story about a newspaper vendor who still sells paper but he is a multi millionaire. He invests in stock market. Time your trade. Time your purchases. Patience is key! If you fall, don't remain there. Stand and move. We were once on the ground. 14 Likes |

Zhirinovsky: Some people just love the bear to ravage NSE. Im not among ooo. Because when you have mastered your art, you do it freely. They aren't the best. But they have a strategy that works. Every bull comes with a roaring noise. People get carried away. Master your strategy. I remembered when I was buying stocks, my colleagues told me not to buy because stocks don't make sense; That it is an old man's investment; That they always get dividend of N2,000. Find a way to prove them wrong. When NSE was listed amongst the 3 best exchanges in 2017, they all wanted to come in. I begged them not to. Because I will be selling to them. People tend to want to hear good news. If they had entered around January ending, they would have been carrying the cans by now. Entry price is key. People bid and buy. At a certain price, they stop buying. This is their philosophy. People continue to buy. That is their philosophy. Try and know what works for you and stick to it. 7 Likes |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by IchimokuPilot: 6:30pm On Feb 16, 2018 |
RabbiDoracle: Some people still think posts here are responsible for market swings? I believe we only have people with good foresight here. Approaching the market like a gambler heading to a casino is the reason we have problems most times. I noticed here that some people enter good stocks, after three days or a fortnight, they see other stocks rising and people who knew they entered the stock not rising start calling them out, they fret and move over only to pick cans. I have carefully followed some patient people here who proved either with charts or fundamentals that their choices were right and time vindicated them in a very shocking way. I will not list names for obvious reasons. Earning season is here and the door is silently narrowing. Be sure that most results have already been known. Loading and offloading is been done silently. This is the time to be ahead of charts and ask the fundamental guys for their honest views. 4 Likes |
