You're not likely to be given except you call them and answer some security questions.

There is this service on my sim which I've been trying to stop but it's not going. Seems I mistakenly subscribed for one of the business magazine or some other stuffs. They normally deduct #50 from the line weekly and it's really not cool,,,, Pls help on ds ASAP. Phone line is 08036232764.

Seems this is a new way for all these telecoms. 9mobile did that to me in November.

Glad you're refunded and that's a good one from JideSM. Had to chat Etisalat up on their website platform before I could get my refund while their Twitter handlers were hellbent on no refund.

Seems this moniker is better in resolving issues than 180. Etisalat Twitter handlers are not as effective as their website chatting platform handlers smileywhile Airtel Twitter handlers are better than 111.

Hello JideSM, please I've been having difficulties calling off-net number; I do get responses like "Please wait, your call is been forwarded" and call will drop.
I've complained severally but still same. Kindly help look into it. Still same number 090

This affects all off-net numbers on this particular number as attempts using another number/network do go through, until I try severally before connecting or till I put a call on hold(180 most times) and try again.

Firstly did emergency data of 20mb, which lasted for an hour, then did 50mb which lasted for 2hrs. Decided to do N500 weekly plan afterwards. And under 20 mins of non usage, got sms telling me i've exhausted my data. Like WTF angry angry angry angry Is MTN mad? I am so furious right now. Had to borrow data from my other network to state this
