Oil producing states =6, other states =5 as at last year, but as they cancelled UK&US and almost focus on tuition free and cheaper Universities, the number of awardees could slightly increase.

There is place for Master's degree and another for 2nd degree. Use one for your Master's and the other for your Thesis.

I can assure you, ptdf is the least corrupt of all government scholarships in Nigeria. I have seen it multiple times where people from extremely poor background and with nobody in government got the award. Though nepotism and cronyism can't be completely ruled out, merit carries the centre stage.
