The owner of this thread created it to help others earn. If you know a thing or two on how freelancers can get better value for their hard earned money, why do you need exchangers to declare profit before you do so?

Talking about profits, there's nothing hidden about what exchangers do with funds they buy. It's either for importation or reselling to importers - if you can sell directly to importers without any scam issues, I don't see anyone stopping you.

Freelancers sell to exchangers based on Trust. So if you have better option why not drop it for everyone to learn?

Those who use atm are the less than $100 earners cause you can't keep paying $3.5 each time you withdraw 20k (using atm that can dispenses 20k per transaction - others dispense 10k)

If you withdraw $100 in 2 transactions (with $7 fee) then you'd probably withdraw $1k in 15-16 transactions - and at what exchange rate? Compared to exchangers rate?

And in a situation where your Payoneer card is debited and the atm didn't dispense cash, will you fly to US to complain to your issuing bank?

You're not spoiling any market, we're here to help one another. Every Payoneer user knows it can be used to withdraw from ATMs, the charges and likely dispense error is why people stay away.
