It happened to me to all taps,electricity fixing materials, wickes kitchen and Bathroom silicone sealant both white and clear were all stolen at the Lagos sea port and they continue to say there are no more rats port in all Nigerian sea port.

The toilet seat is usually screwed to the floor on both sides, before being sealed with silicone or acryll

what you need to do is use an android phone
save your contacts to google.

once that is done you will always have your contacts synced to any new device

in the same way, all your pictures and videos wil be synced to google photos.

I am not beefing her but I will not have a second thought putting that kind of money in banana island, what l value and cherish most in life is security / safety, basic infrastructures like power , water and good road network, my ability to take a walk of 2 or 3 hours whether midnight or anytime of the day without the fear of been mobbed or robbed and if I find that kind of environment in Bahamas, Barbados, Antigua or Monaco, I am fine with it than buy a property in Asokoro close to the villa and be trailed by hungry and envious hoodlums kidnapped or robbed.

I like those buildings but I think the buildings need to be painted correctly(White ,Grey and peach color give a contemporary look , and flat roofs would give them a more modern look too.

The place is all set ,all else it needs is just a few modifications to improve upon the existing , include 6 ft sidewalks on all the roads. markings and traffic sign . that's the difference between that place and Japan,Sweden,US, Australia, Canada etc.
