You know nothing about business, absolutely nothing!! Someone who has paid almost 90% of debt owed has done a lot and equally shown intent of repayment. In an economy like ours, Innoson has tried. Go to banks and ask how many companies (large, small, medium) are able to repay a loan like that in time.

Also, for the court to rule in his favour two of three times (the third ruling hasn't been given, and I bet you it will be in his favour) shows he is on his right and GTBank is wrong. You'll not see that, and also the fact that they were stealing from him, even to the tune of 500 million naira (and hurting his prospects of repaying the loan in time). Make I no talk again. I dey vex.

Keep kwayet u this little brat, u lack wisdom to understand innoson is only seeking social media relevance here. How many times have u read from GTB on social media over this issue. Why is the court order not effective on this case if genuine and take away sentiment from ur life and be reasonable for once.
Innoson is a thief, he is claiming 21b from gtb.

I love how everyone is complaining about illegal charges by Nigerian banks but all of a sudden when it involves Innoson, the haters believe the bank is innocent. Of course, if the bank had paid the billions in judgment against Customs to Innoson, GTB would have had cash problems and could easily go under. Add the problem of TSA and zero funds from the government, the rogue bank starts playing games of intimidation to avoid paying.

Two courts of competent jurisdiction had decided on the case in favour of Innoson. Yet Customs and GTB refused to obey court orders without consequences. The case went all the way up to Supreme court and some smart Alec is here shouting "Go to court and defend yourself". It is a total abuse of court process. Of course, among Nigerians hatred supercedes common sense.

I just hope this case with Innoson group won't be the downfall of GTbank. Financial institutions all over the world are known to be very sensitive to bad publicity especially when it has to do with integrity. The more they allow this case to drag on with all the facts that shows how they illegally stole money from a customers account can lead to rash of withdrawals and closing of accounts by alarmed customers. They should act fast and settle out of court with Innoson immediately. I bank with GTbank and I really like the bank but with the way things are going, I am really becoming sceptical about my dealings with them. Already I have converted all my savings with them into FGN Treasury bills while I operate my everyday banking activities with First bank and Zenith. A banking institution shouldn't be seen being dragged in the mud like this by a high profile customer albeit one that has the facts backing him up.
