It's a simple matter. 1. Get glycerene oil 2. Get cotton wool 3. Wash your tongue 2 to 3 times daily with items on 1 and 2 above 4. Drink water regularly and never allow your mouth to dry. Hold your bottled water everywhere you go to always drink and rinse your mouth. A sip every 30mins. 5. Twice a day is okay for brushing your teeth and dont brush too hard. FOR THE HEADACHE 1. Make sure you sleep for atleast 8hrs a day. Rest well 2. Stop sexual intercourse for now. And please do not masturbate. 3. Free your mind from any form of anxiety or worry. Be +ve and keep calm. 4. Use paracetamol 5. If headache persist after all these, CONSULT A QUALIFIED DOCTOR NOT NECESSARILY YOUR DOCTOR. 6. If all these do not work, my brother message my mail for deliverance. I'm a Christian. |

eleojo23: You nailed it. I used to have a terrible mouth odour at work and i found our that eating Cow-Foot aka Bokorto is the culprit. Ever since I stopped eating it, I have got my breath back. I needed to pull 2 wisdom teeth and I taught eating Bokorto would put less stress on my teeth till I pulled them out. He should also stay away from concoction like palm oil soup with various assortment and all types of food that irritate bowel. AS PER THE HEADACHE, IT COMES FROM THE BAD FOOD OR THE EATING HABIT. THE FOOD THAT GIVES MOUTH ODOUR IS TOXIC LIKE A POISON AND MAKES ONE'S TONGUE TO FEEL BITTER AT ALL TIME AND WHEN HE STOPS EATING THE BAD FOOD, THE HEADACHE WILL GO AWAY ON ITS OWN. |

Wrong medical diagnosis in Nigeria is why ppl fly abroad for treatment! Some ppl are pointing to the wrong problems while others are simply just dumb; OP should find a good medical clinic - because symptoms included what appears to be chronic headache, I suspect the problem is not even in the mouth at all! Could be bronchitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) or, even organ disease. Good luck 1 Like |

AfflictedOne: I see some good contributions already like the tonsils issue. You may also be experiencing constipation. If you do, try eating laxatives to increase your bowel movement. That you have gone to the Doctors without solution is the reason why am contributing in the first place because am not a Doctor. However Make the following juice your drink Grind and mix the following 1. cucumber 2. Lemon 3. Ginger 4. Mint leaves Lets know how far after this |

Definition Halitosis, commonly called bad breath, is an unpleasant odor of the breath. Usually it is due to poor hygiene, but it can be an indication of underlying health problems. Description Halitosis is likely to be experienced by most adults and many children, at least occasionally. Some people are strongly convinced that bad breath is present when it is not. Bad breath can have a significant impact on a person’s social and professional life. Causes and symptoms Accumulation of plaque on the teeth is a major cause of halitosis. Plaque is a mucus film that mixes with food particles, saliva, and bacterial residue in the mouth. Halitosis can also be caused by any number of other problems. These include sores in the mouth, infected tonsils, tooth or gum disease, fermentation of food particles in the mouth, sinus infections, and badly cleaned dentures. Conditions that may cause bad breath are not only limited to the oral and nasal areas. Other possible sources of the problem might be indigestion, lung infection, kidney failure, tuberculosis, syphilis, liver disease, stomach and intestinal problems, stress, dehydration, zinc deficiency, and cancer. Cigarette smoking can also lead to bad breath, not only in the smoker, but also in someone constantly exposed to second-hand smoke. A diet high in fats, spicy foods,or one that includes coffee may contribute to unpleasant breath odors. Medications causing dry mouth or dehydration may also be a source of problems, since the flow of saliva helps clean out the mouth. Antihistamines, decongestants, antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, diuretics, and some heart medications may have a dehydrating effect and could be a cause of bad breath. According to traditional Chinese medicine, halitosis is caused by too much heat in the stomach that affects the mouth. The way to prevent it is by avoiding dairy products, coffee, alcohol, sugar, spicy food, and fried food that disrupt normal acid and enzyme levels in the body. If these foods are eliminated from the diet and halitosis continues, it is recommended to take activated charcoal tablets. Diagnosis The easiest way to determine if one has bad breath is to ask a friend who is trustworthy and discrete or to ask a doctor or dentist.A test that can beat tempted on one’s own, is to cup a hand over the mouth, exhale, and then inhale through the nose while smelling the breath. A physical examination by a doctor or dentist may be used to diagnose other problems that may be causing the bad breath. Treatment Leaves of parsley, Petroselinum crispum; wintergreen, Gaultheria procumbens; or peppermint, Mentha piperita; can be chewed to freshen the breath by the introduction of their aromatic substances into the lungs. A strong tea made of Echinacea spp.; myrrh, Commiphora molmol; and bloodroot, Sanguinaria canadensis; can be used as a daily mouthwash. Fresh apples, citrus fruits, and celery are also good foods for helping to clean out the mouth. Supplementing with zinc and vitamin C may also be of benefit. 1 Like |

You need to see a dentist......not a doctor..a dentist...dentist . Most common cause.....cavities/holes in the teeth. X Ray would pin point them. You need to get to the root of the problem and not cover ups that your doctor was prescribing. |

It's likely that you have a case of chronic sinusitis. It would explain the bad breath, foul smelling sputum and recurrent headaches As some others have already suggested you should see an ENT specialist. |
