Trustworthiness, my foot! Oga, I still have my money hanging with them 1k7. They've even cleared my pending transaction history on my account with them and hitherto I haven't got any credit, and the most frustrating of it all is that their Customer care line will never go through or they never pick it.

Clubkonnect please fund my wallet I made a payment of 4500 to your access account since on 21st February. I have made series of calls no respond, sent messages no improvement.

[Firstly, I also made #700 airtime payment to fund my wallet and I've tried several attempts in reaching out to them... But no avail.
All you hear is "we are working on it". Secondly, I've made several requests for data.. all is pending.

Please who can help on this matter coz I can't let my money just go like that.

You have just been scammed. I had sent 1700 naira since January but up till now no credit, no data.

Please clubkonnect I made some transactions on the 7th of March for data and recharge but it didn't go through I applied for refund but up till now I haven't been be credited on my account please fix this issue I have tried to get you on your costumer care services but to no avail l have never had any issue with you guy until now please I want my money back over 3000 naira these are screenshots of my transactions

You guys are scammers. I deposited #300 on 5th January and #1200 on 9th January but up till now no response or credit on my account.. Your customer care line is always busy..... God will punish you guys unless you refund or credit. Anytime I remember, I will always rain curses upon your generation.

ClubKonnect is just as useless as any other miniature business that took to the market when they are not fully ready to go! And just like any average Nigerian startup who didn't expect immense growth, they are lucky to have a huge customer base they can't handle. I just cry for the Nigerian system. ClubKonnect, its just a matter of time before somebody really take on you badly, and putting you aside. Then I hope in your next business line, you'd appreciate and respect your customers. Why have a customer support system that doesn't work when your business is just a local venture, what then happens if it turns ian international one. That means MMM would be better than you guy cos u can just wake up one day and disappear.

5days ago I made a transfer but its not been reflected on my wallet. Whatsapp chat, fa fa fa foul, phone calls, fa fa fa foul, text nko? All na story.

BTW. Any one have any interest in Venturing into an option that would definitely put Ck on the bench? Ad maybe other businesses, I have a good business plan. Beyond just cheap data and airtime. Tech startups are really growing in Nigeria as more Nigerian are adopting to the use to IT to make life easier.

I didn't know Clubkonnect issues have been raised here before I had a nasty experience with them. I paid N200 into their Gtb acct to credit my wallet in case of emergency since Dec '17, but never done till now. I have spent over 1k trying to resolve d issue wt them until I gave up. Tho I av bought airtime & data afterwards, but never used their wallet since then. If truly Clubconnect is not scam, return my money or credit my wallet. See Whatsap chat bellow:
