Discriminate prices.

I believe this is an evidence that sellers add shipping costs to the item's price. Picture 1 is the price for US customers while picture 2 is the price for Nigerians.

Get a replacement screen first and you can give it to, even, an average device tech to replace.

You can as well DIY.
