Hahaha.

Well, I don't remember what it was about but you were kinda down & depressed about it. That's if it was even last year. Perhaps it was the year before. The details are very vague now.
I see. But is it that you keep a mental profile on everybody you encounter? Or are you just that smart? ... Anyway, Depression is a thing of the past. Anger is how bad it can get now, and that's just to push me to take charge. Since only time knows as Enya had beautifully resonated it, I let life happen. What about you? What level of consciousness are you?

Awww, I love what you just said about taking action. That's the spirit. I'm glad to hear it's all in the past now.
On my side, I also apply a similar method, I let life happen. But I really can't interact with people, on & offline when I'm going through stuff. I prefer complete solitude. I have depressive episodes every now & then, but this year I'm really working on how I manage my triggers. So far so good. Haven't had a low moment in a while.

Lol, I don't know what to call it, but I believe I have an unexplored spiritual side. There're certain things I just know without a shadow of doubt. I remember once when I was a little girl, I was playing at the front yard of my house & this "madman" I've never seen before started saying prophetic things to me. He called all of us by names. I was scared because I've never experienced something like that before. Anyway, some of the things he said have come to pass. Still waiting for the rest to unravel. Do you believe in spiritualism?

I prefer handling situations myself too, but sometimes, one just has to voice it to conquer depression even if one knows one's audience ain't gonna help. At these times, comical relieves however dumb might go a long way. That's why I prefer an anonymous audience which is why that window I opened into my shit online came bare to you ,that's borderline keeping it private so I'm as cool as the river on a hot afternoon with that.

Yes. I think spirituality is the ultimate secret , the ultimate truth of our very existence that's locked away in a labyrinth, somewhere in the dungeons of our being that's a sort of task we should seek/explore... I am more of a spiritual being than a religious one. For now, religion as I understand it is like a brotherhood/fraternity with its peculiar code of conducts that everybody seems to identify with just like every body else. However, spirituality is a journey no one else can travel with you. It's self-discovery , it's awareness on a whole deeper level. I'm an amateur at this though, as I still have a whole lot of grounds to cover as far as the material world is concerned... I hardly ever reach the threshold of meditation required to connect with myself. embarassed

Silly! A man is not meant to blush, so I would maintain a straight, jaw tight stance just like y'all prefer them lol.
You see, One doesn't easily find someone to share these truths with offline ...

It's like SA is the cradle of Africanism. I heard Africa more than once in what should be the national anthem and that kept me wondering. I was viewing a YouTube video on the first and second visit of the Queen to your country... What led me there? Mandela. What is he like to you as a South African? grin

We love him. There's no other way to put it in words or explain it. He's our greatest pride as a nation.

The word "Africa" is mentioned only once in our national anthem lol.

I see it coming twice in the Sotho version tho..

I have watched many clips of the great leader and all I saw was leader. He never used "I" once, always "We", whenever he was interviewed on the travails of his dark times and I often catch his constant drift towards humility that nearly drove me insane for its naturalness. His constant universal prospect that's never limited to South Africa too. His '98 speech at Harvard being my witness. Mehn, it's too much...
But he has an ascent, lol. Do you?

The place I was referring to is not in Lagos. But with what you described, the speaking from a trance and all is just so typical. That was why my curiosity got a ''sit down, be humble''

It's just an habit I have with things I am reading on atm moment. I just like using username that has to do with movies/series mostly about conquerors or things to do with triumph. All of my active usernames are. The ones inactive are Muslims how about that?

I will deactivate all at some point.
