Thanks, how do I know the correct one to replace, screen or just touch digitizer...
The phone fell and had scratches all over the screen... But every part of it still works.. It dosent just look fine again with the cracks all over

Did you instal any app or tweak the phone recently before noticing the slow responsiveness? What's the available ROM size? Maybe you should opt for factory reset! Check my signature on how to backup if needs be. You can as well backup your apps by sending them to your PC or any other android device via Xender.

Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Fastboot boot recovery.img
...and should be opened in the ADB folder by simultaneously pressing SHIFT + right click to select your CMD shell.

i didn't type the first command, the folder i open the command window is a folder i created and put the recovery img in, am doing it right sir?
