No body can Edith that except the HOS memo such action to ICT to be done. Even ICT staff on their own cannot. This is to avoid people changing it at will.
If you have a good case with evidence, GI to the HOS.

The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) disbursed the sum of N655.18bn to the three tiers of government in January 2018 from the revenue generated in December 2017.The amount disbursed comprised of N538.51bn from the Statutory Account and N83.96bn from Valued Added Tax (VAT). Also N14.713bn and N16.055bn were distributed as FOREX Equalisation while an excess bank charges of N1.938bn recovered was also distributed.

Federal government received a total of N278.73bn from the N655.18bn shared. States received a total of N175.55bn and Local governments received N132.48bn. The sum of N51.74bn was shared among the oil producing states as 13% derivation fund.
Revenue generating agencies such as Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) and Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) received N4.12bn, N7.44bn and N3.10bn respectively as cost of revenue collections.

Further breakdown of revenue allocation distribution to the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) revealed that the sum of N240.98bn was disbursed to the FGN consolidated revenue account; N5.06bn shared as share of derivation and ecology; N2.53bn as stabilization fund; N8.50bn for the development of natural resources; and N5.83bn to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja.

Yes, Upload the right one in that provision, the old one will remove automatically.
If you want to leave that provision empty, capture a white background blank copy, convert it to PDF file, upload it in that provision to remove that wrong information.
Or better still, call the ICT department to help you remove it, should in case you don't have a document to put there.

Any android phone can open PDF file. Just go to PLAY STORE in your phone, (check you will see it) click on it, when it does open, go to search type "pdf", then you will see many PDF file, download any of them.
When ever you receive any file on PDF, (since you have downloaded/ installed it in your phone) it will automatically open.
You can also download file like "WORD EXCEL" or "Word document"

Also you can download, Chrome browser app, UC Browser, always use to browse.

The RSSSB tru the various zones are expected to commence head count of all the teachers in each zone and our Z.D via his memo is to visit our school from tomorrow, Monday, 26th February 2018 for the head count. He warned that no teacher will be counted in proxy. To this effect, the principal has directed that all member of staff including those who have been away as a result of child birth should be in school.

They hoodwinked all to buy CD plate for 600 for biometric no other LGA did this but all went to upload their credentials online.
Tai LGA teachers uploaded credentials on both CDs and online

Tai LGA is doing workshop on lesson plan/note and they have threatened teachers to pay #600 again or be sacked every body is just mute and playing along is this nonsense happening in other LGAs ?
