I'm currently using a Techno Camon CX Air which i bought brand new in September 2017. Since yesterday evening I have being having software issues on my phone with the message "Hios Launcher has stopped" or "Hios Launcher keeps stopping". As a result of this i can't access my maij menu to access other apps on my phone. I can only use the apps on my desktop.
I have had to restart the phone several times, but still the problem persist.
Please, kindly guide me on how incan get this issue resolved e as i have files on the phone which i wouldn't want to loose.

i think your apps are meant to be in your phone memory, try moving others files instead, like pictures and videos

i need help o my tecno k7 upper screen notification bar is not sliding down again

my k7 is just too laggy tho! it one GB ram,i don't have plenty apps on it, I was given an OTA update(thinking that would solve the issues,but it didn't solve anything)

I have over 300mb of internal memory space on my W3.

WhatsApp stopped working since last night (I can't send or receive messages).

Pending whatsApp update on the play store is about 16mb but phone says I need 184mb extra!

64gb is not always 64gb. It's always 50+gb. It is normal. Besides, Operating system also get some spaces out of the 64gb. So what you have is normal.

My TECNO CX Air Hot-spot turns off automatically since this (screenshot below ) started showing on it.

No matter how many device connected to it, it doesn't indicate that any device is connected and so turns off automatically after like 2 minutes.

Kindly help with solution, cause I've tried to resolve it in several ways.
