u don't need d IG there. That's y we have zonal commanders like d DIGs, AIGs and commisioners. They are d men on ground. D IG doesn't no d terrain like they do. We have a security system that doesn't work. D system ought 2b triggered into action by d policemen where there is a threat 2d security of lives&property. Not by waiting until d IG is told 2 relocate. This non functional system also shows itself in d way d security agencies work together 2 ensure security in d country. There's just no synergy.
