Na Oga Loco dey hammer University Press Plc anyhow. It will be sweet at below N2. It used to compete with RedStar back in the days with dividend and price. Red Star that pays 35kobo yearly is flying above 5. UCAP and AFRIPRUD struggling below N5.

Fair price is N2.97

Why does it have such fair price?

My dear Loco when they want to buy, they don't just indulge in a buying spree for the sake of it.
...they buy SMARTLY, and often times for a REASON.
The MSCI is an investment fund and just like u, there aim is also to make money and reap gains.

I'll advise u to just keep a keen eye on the activities around the said coy.
...our objective should always be to see how we can 'dance to whatever melody they present', so as to reap more. wink cheesy grin

They also make losses.

Anybody doing long term now will wake up one day to discover that he/she has lost 50% of the capital appreciation that the bull brought in the last 2 months.

I just remember that my doctor sometimes told me to always eat in bits and not in lump (like a glutton). So, I will be managing 10% for now, it is good for my health.

@RabbiDoracle, You are a good resource person. If I had listen to you when you sold and kept the loot under your mattress/pillow I would'nt have lost about 10% of my capital/loot. My trades in the last one month have been one step forward and two steps backward.

As we speak, I have reduced my holding in the market to just 30% and kept my remaining 70% loot on top of my ceiling/roofing till further notice, waiting for opportunity to pounce and get 10 - 20% on any stock and run back. I do not see any general market bull in sight for now.

MY OPINION PLEASE.
Another post on 6 February 2018. I remember someone counter this my opinion instead of weighing the positive/negative out of it. Well, we learn by experience everyday, only that it is not always good to learn the hard way.
