most of these companies that came for public offers in 2007 came with window- dressed financial status such as daar comm, union diagnosis, many insurance companies. They deceived unsuspecting public raked in billions which dey used for frivolities now dey cant meet up their promises because the fundamentals werent there in the first place. Those with union diagnostic, daar comm, and some insurance companies etc share certificates are just keeping ordinary papers. They should just move on and forget about d certificates because these company are slidding which will make it very difficult to ever meet up their promises to shareholders as they ve not been able to meet up in d last 10 yrs.I was a victim of these scam.

You are correct bros however in the NSE it may not really be over till the fat lady sings.......see Japaul.....some "mezzanine financing" guys showed up and changed the story. In all despite the current volatility and thanks to 1-kobo rule some dead bones rose making it possible for some to cut the cow tail instead of losing everything.

The public should have known that the fundamentals are not there. The public refuse to ask salient questions. How do they or will they make profit? Nigerians love NOSPETCO type of business.

@Mpeace. Zenith Bank may not fall under N31 and this price it may be the new 52Wk Low price. The financial watchdogs say there are only 3 solid banks in Nigeria and Zenith Bank is one of them. Long term the stock price will keep going up. I just hope we have a strong CBN governor that will call out the banks with weak financials and force them to undergo mergers and acquisitions.

Post bookmarked based on Zenith Bank pronouncement.....

MSCI MOVEMENT IN EQUITY POSITION 1ST MARCH 2018

MSCI index just dumped Seplat and still uploading on FCMB, Unilever etc.

Going into FCMB by the funds means the fund is following the trail of Genesis.

For now the market is for those who are prepared to wait as so many stocks are in trading range with little volatility in the market.

Your question should be where did they get over 100m units of FCMB from? There must be another exchange they are trading on!

There are about 8-12 sellers that need to be relieved of their "misery" between 21.90-22.00. It should break out the day it happens.

I am learning a whole lot from the behaviour of the stock as it consolidates. Hopefully, I'll be able to apply the knowledge when I sight another with same behaviour.

Lastly, it does look like the real defensive stock at the moment, my capital and little loot from January has been well preserved since I bought.

When I look around and see red everywhere, every spirit of querulousness(don't know if this is correct, I say make I borrow your english) deserts me grin
