Miracle said it from a point of compliment. Saying she is woman in a man's body means describing a woman who has strength, smart and to an extent not girlie.

I feel Biggie told him to keep it within the diary room because of how some viewers might react to it just like you are reacting. It could be mistaken as her being gay. I am also not so sure how the LGBT community might process that kind of information.
