Well, i moved to abuja recently and i went to one of the registration centres, told them i wanted to transfer my pvc to abuja. MInd you, i registered in 2011 and my pvc was not produced so i have the temporary card with me. I was told to write a letter requesting a transfer of pvc ( they have a template there already), and then a photocopy of the temporary card. Filled a form and was given a detached copy, all these did not take more than 15mins.
