From the inception of the show biggie has been out to jeopardize miracle, first he forced him to sleep with Anto on the same bed, unpaired them despite saying the pairing was going to remain till the end of the show and showed only their "sex " even though everyone in the house were having sex.

Was he also out to jeopardize Miracle when he conveniently cancelled the eviction nominations because everyone was nominating Mina?

Were Mina the only ones that were unpaired? Wasn't everyone else unpaired? And how has unpairing Miracle from Nina affected Miracle's chances? Wasn't it Nina that was benefiting from the pairing?

Didn't Biggie show Bamteddy's sex in the toilet? Isn't toilet sex worse that sex under sheets?

Why would biggie be out to destroy Miracle when his fans are the most populous? What would it profit biggie to jeopardize Miracle given that losing Miracle would mean losing majority of the audience?

A good game player should be able to hide their cards enough that no one else would see you coming. If everyone knows you have a card, it's only a while before they figure out you have an ace.
