AMR exists in world football. And it is normally seen in a 4-2-3-1 or its variant formations.

Even Whoscored uses the terms AML, AMC, AMR to describe player positions. And someone who follows the beautiful game deeply will understand what they mean.

A right winger is different from an AMR (Attacking right midfielder)..

A right winger typically plays from the midfield and is primarily expected to support the attack and the defence.

An AMR is more advanced to support the attack and can play as a traditional winger or an inside forward.
