M14A1:Can you answer this technical and intellectual questions without typing just WTF ? It helps OK. I am wondering how old you are. First if you were born during the days of Yaradua or still growing, please this will be too much info for you. Quick reminder of Rosatom deal. During Yaradua, the president of Russia came to Nigeria to sign Rossatom deal. This will power our industries. From my finding too or hypothesis proof me wrong if you have any other reasoning for this. Do you know that GEJ completed all the project Yaradua started but never touched the Rosatom deal ? Why did GEJ replace Rosatom deal (far better 100% reliable source of power generation) with GE (which is useless to Nigeria today and has not helped). ? Was GEJ too also threatened with his life the same way Yaradua was killed in our Existential threat country and state sponsored terrorism , mere permanent puppet Saudi Arabia to the a anglozionist empire ? Let me remind you of what Happened when Yaradua died. They were hiding his death. This has 100% cover up of the CIA in deaths. Same goes to the death of high valued targets like Stalin. He was poisoned to death by agents of the CIA and was also hiden for years. Ok. Please answer these questions cos they are very expensive questions I would love to ask GEJ personally if I could ever come in touch with him. But you can help speak your own view. OBJ in his time was being smart by not crossing redline of the Empire. Which you know what will happen to him.. Regime change or Death like what happened to Gaddafi ok. (Like what happened to Abacha, Muritala name it) Again don't answer these questions if you were not born during the days of Yaradua or you were not 16 as at the time of Yaradua. Rosatom was redline cos this will put Nigeria in the same position as Iran. They will claim Nigeria is about to build its own Nuclear bomb until 2017 that Nigeria signed threaty joining other anti-nuclear weapon countries. 2 Likes 1 Share |

scully95: Idk all the details about Ajaokuta but I've no problem with the theory the Anglo Zionists are secretly string pulling to ensure failure. In Kenya we have the Numerical Machining Complex with the capacity to build jet engines. Its never worked to its capacity and only in the last 3 years has it ramped up production of machine tools. 5 yrs back they rebuilt a local version of the WZ 551 that got hit by an RPG near Kismayo. First pic is a CNC for steel products and 2 is computerised lathe. The OP is right- without NMC and Ajaokuta you can't PRODUCE YOUR OWN STEEL and will be forever 4th world. The Company aims at becoming the regional market leader in steel production, and manufacture of high quality machinery, machine tools and components through employing appropriate state of the art technology and highly skilled manpower.https://nmcorpkenya./about/ 2 Likes 1 Share

Ajaokuta steel needs $500M to become operational. The house of representatives is already working on it. There has been repeated deliberation on it recently. NATO is not the problem of Ajaokuta. Raising $500M is the problem. It's not a small amount and I'm sure you're not expecting the Chinese to fund it and then it's going to take the government over 10 years to get full control of it back when the Chinese is done making their money from it. Ajaokuta Steel Project is located on 24,000 hectares of sprawling green-field land-mass. The Steel Plant itself is built on 800-hectares of land. That's some damn big steel plant sha. We have other steel plants in Nigeria but none has the operational capability of Ajaokuta. Quick question: how on earth did we get the money to start that company at first? Like was Nigeria damn rich before? Someone please tell me. 3 Likes |

tdayof: No $525M was part of the sabotage or burden if you like awarded by the Nigerian senate or committee under GEJ and approved to pay Soul gas Energy and its partner in crime without a pedigree or not qualified in that area. OBJ travelled to Russia and returned to Nigeria later. In Putin's letter to OBJ was willing to provide money in credit to complete the Aja-Okuta Steel industry. Putin wrote a letter to OBJ and after two months OBJ replied the letter but did not say anything about Ajaokuta. A month letter he gave the deal to SOLGAS Energy, WHY ? My question again ! WHY ? How is SOLGAS Energy that is not qualified be compared to the original designer and builder of the project ? Was he threatened with what or sanctions ? Death threat ? Why turn the good deal from the Original builder and gave it to saboteurs? A special session was raised later in house of assembly and the end verdict was given to SOLGAS Energy to go to Russia and deal/partner with the Original Builder but SOLGAS Energy went to India and brought what is known as Infrastructural Global Nig Ltd, brought in as technical partner to SOLGAS.. You see part of the sabotage right.. On 2nd of April 08 FEC met and they terminated the concession. It was again given back to those that vandalised it SOLGAS and its partner in crime Infrastructural Global Nig Ltd after they dragged the case to a court in London. Here is the twist to it: 1st they said they got a verdict from London since they dragged the case to London court. Nigeria could not provide proofs which were there during the verdict to London. SOLGAS and Infrastructure Global Nig Ltd did vandalise the steel industry. 'So Nigeria were asked to pay SOLGAS and co $525m'. This was the initial thought and as at the Time Nigeria does not have that money so they gave concession back to those that vandalized it We were clearly winning the case until the attorney general applied for an out of court settlement and GEJ granted another concession. It turns out that it was not a court in London that asked Nigeria to pay $525m to this crookie Infrastructure Global Nig Ltd and SOLGAS. It turns out that it was a presidential committee under GEJ put together by the committee that indicted Nigeria of $525m not anything else it was not the court in England. My question is still valid as to why OBJ gave it to SOLGAS in the first place ? Was he threatened ? Again my deep finding pointing to what I have I said above. A great threat to NATO in the whole western African region ! Do not also forget that it was During OBJ first rule that the deal was signed with the Soviet union and it was built to about 98%. |

M14A1: Exactly. Corruption and sentiments is what killed Ajaokuta steel. Now the original builder has been contracted to look at it. They said 40 out of the 43 plants are in still working but around $500M will be needed to modernize it. Ajaokuta was killed the same way our refineries were killed. Corruption and useless actions. 4 Likes |

tdayof: Corruption is normal thing in a capitalist dead ideology OK. Without Corruption capitlism cannot survive and yes you saw what happened in 2008 reccession stealing over $2trillions. That is capitalism ideology for you. The biggest Corruption in the history of human being. So please we know Capitalism is twin Corruption. This is not the usual corruption or probably part of it when Naija indicted itself of $525m. That is the corruption aspect of it. Yes that is probably the corruption part. Before then, OBJ had a better offer from the original builder to complete it with credit from Builder's money. This is not new. Even turkey is proposing to buy s400 on credit from Russia. Why did OBJ decide to sabbotage the deal giving it to unknown Solgas ? Pls answer this question ... Im out jooo. 3 Likes |

You are weird Sir. Do i read history, whose history? Mine or theirs? Please. We are talking about steel, only a mad person would actually think the West is preventing Nigeria from establishing steel industries. Lack of management is the problem, or have you forgotten that factory was up and running before? I guess the West shut it down huh. Yes Sir, i will read more about German history, you know, once I'm perhaps 90. I have better things to do with my life. So you are telling me there is only one steel plant in Nigeria? If true, then we all should be ashamed of ourselves. Now i think someone already made clear we have others, well there you go, how come Nato didn't stop that from being operational? Mismanagement is your enemy, not Nato. scully95: 2 Likes |

Sizzorkay:Do you know that over 3000 people studied in Russia, and they were to work in the Steel industry but many of them died a mysterious death over this Ajaokuta case ? That is not corruption again it has the signs of full sabotage at the highest level. Yes there are other petty steel plants in Nigeria but not sufficient enough to even build ordinary Rail lines not to talk of hammering enough for a vehicles or a Tank. The Ajaokuta would be super project for any of such thing in Nigeria. Are you also aware that there is plan to construct a rail way line to link Nigeria to other west African region, to I think Senegal ? Can the petty Steel industry in Nigeria even make 0.01% of the steel needed for that ? NO. Mind you what you have in Jos, Osogbo and Kastina are just Steel mills not Steel plants. Those ones re-process the products of Steel plant. There is huge difference between steel mill and a steel Plant. Again, going by what I have gathered so far, I wont reveal more. My final conclusion is NATO/West/Angloxionist empire is against Ajaokuta massive steel industry because it's a threat to its joined or combined interest in the region. In the military aspect. Ajaokuta can build anything from a small 50 Callibre Bullet to ballistic missile vehicle carrier. As it is now, Nigeria does not make these weapons and Ajaokuta would give Nigeria such natural power. Without these, Nigeria already has history of challenging the U.S hegemony in Liberia and Serial lone. It's not news that we liberated Liberians from the hands of Clinton that feel he can sit thousands of KM away from Africa and then decide when to remove and when to install without facing a backlash. Nigeria threatened the Empire's interest in the past and the empire does not forget or forgive. Ok.. What happened later on to Abacha ? So please this is not even new. It's a fact. Only a mad man and Oloriburuku omo ale to the call that does not use his brain and learn from History would say otherwise. From history Steel industry automatically means Military power. Reading just a paraphrase of how the Germans developed their Military via the first Steel industry that was built in Germany. Every other country followed the same thing OK. As it is now. The Anglozoo does not control Nigeria militarily, it also does not control it Economically but has been trying even though it's heavily dependent on Petro Dollar. But Nigeria's reserve is not that big, something Nigeria can easily transfer to Petro-Yuan tomorrow or even be independent totally setting up CrypoNaira deflationary blockchain currency. The Empire wants full control and the only way to get that is via installing a base Militarily first (AFRICOM/NATO/NAME IT). It can't get it since 1960 and has been using proxies since then against Nigeria. Using what is known as 4th generation warfare. (Info War/Hybrid War/Economic War/Proxy war/Regime change/Puppeteering/Sabotage) Please open your braincells and be civil about it. Using loose words like 'mad person' is counter-productive These info may be too much for you. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Nobody will give anybody the secrets of hundreds of types of weapon grade steels , these r highly specialised steels for specific use like armour grade steels , naval grade steels , submarine grade steels , ballistic/rocket grade steels etc etc. (Except for the obsolete ones maybe that too after paying a good price) These r national secrets , their manufacturing requires their own specialised production facilities which one has to develop on their own and they have a long gestation time. And also requires extensive R & D facilities to support the same. Normal steel r not used for military applications. And lastly weapons r not manufactured in steel plants only raw steel fininshed or semi finished are, like hot rolled coils, cold rolled coils, rebars, forged products etc etc 4 Likes |

The M 249 is on the way out! To be replaced with the Next Gen Squad Assault Rifle,NGSAR seen here. And more importantly, the platform will incorporate a chamber pressure superior to the current system in soldiers’ arsenals to ensure that the rounds can still blast through enhanced enemy body armor at up to 600 meters.https://taskandpurpose.com/army-next-generation-squad-weapon/ This means the chamber will have to handle much higher pressures in fact “The chamber pressure for the standard assault rifle is around 45 KSI [kilopound per square inch], but we’re looking for between 60 and 80 KSI … the chamber pressure when an M1 Abrams tank fires is on that order,” Norman told Task & Purpose. “We’re looking to reach out around 600 meters and have lethal effects even if the target is protected by body armor. It seems they're looking at between 6.5/6.8 mm which opens up interesting tactical possibilities. The SAW unlike the GPMG is meant to establish superior ROF at similar ranges with the squad weapons. The USMC and army will therefore also upgrade their M4s to a similar calibre. 2 Likes

Steel industry is important , once u have the core setup the onus is on u only to build up on that , otherwise the steel industry will end up being a white elephant. That means u need 1. Industries which will sustain Ur steel industry 2. Facilities will research and develop new technologies for exploitation by the steel industry 3. Pragmatic policy which will nurture and protect Ur steel industry from global competition. Many years ago, Japan which is friendly to Ind.. banned the export of carbon fibres to Ind... due to the latter conducting a ICBM test. This hit the production of ALH helicopters which used composites to manufacture it's fuselage. Indi. had the carbon fibre technology but since it is expensive, no company was willing to manufacture the same due to lack of economy of scale. No company will invest just for the sake of making few hundreds of them. Financially not sustainable. So when a company who was able to exploit foreign markets for the same came up , the relevant carbon fibre / composite technology was transferred to them, later the company was acquired by a Ind... multi national company and more technology related to carbon fibre composites was transferred to them or in the process, now they r producing the same for domestic needs and for export. After this happened the same japanese company came back later with unsolicited attempts to sell their products , which unfortunately for them was no longer required, though some import happened untill the Indi.. company got their production running. Similarly MIDHANI, DRDO (DMRL), and private industries together had developed the magnesium alloy needed for weapon systems which was denied to Ind.. by Germany. When the first plate of magnesium alloy rolled out of MIDHANI, Germany said it would give Ind.. any amount of magnesium alloy. DRDO wrote back saying it was prepared to export the alloy to Germany (note the swag here) So my point is blaming others won't solve the problems. back home , u need to rectify the problems urself . Haters will always hate. But u gotta reply by action on the ground , this carries the message harder , albeit with more swag as u guys call it. 5 Likes |

kikuyu1: The 7.62 M 240 may also be on the way out replaced with the 338 mag GPMG,a much harder hitting longer range round than the 7.62 NATO. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Klr0EXZty6s The superiority of the .338NM is a question of lethality over distance. “The 300 grain belted magnum round is touted as having a recoil similar to a 7.62mm NATO round while still being lethal out past 1,700 meters,” observes Chris Eger at Guns.com. “At 1,000 meters, the round is still capable of defeating Level III body armor and penetrating soft skinned vehicles.”https://taskandpurpose.com/socom-marines-machine-gun/ 2 Likes
